Food's okay, service is alright and atmosphere is okay. Ordered the fish and chips on special. Okay but kind of bland. The ceasers are good though. A truly average experience.

Nice neighbourhood pub , went with others for their steak day, but they have a good variety of other meals. Different sports games being telecast, few Vlt's and pool table

So we went to pubs, pub.And we ordered what I thought was a large basket fries, and we ended up getting a small fry, and the small fry was like six bucks.So we ended up ordering a second small fry and two cups of teas. All together The bill came to $ 24.15 no, I did not leave a tip for the waitress.Because she did not, she was very unattentive. She did not come and ask us if we wanted our waters filled.She did not ask when what size fries we wanted a larger or small, they changed $1.75 for a side of mail and a side of ranch.
Was not really impressed with the service or the price of the food I find them too expensive and most likely will not be returning to the restaurant.

The food was awful! They can't even make a clubhouse? Worst ever.
We had to wait for quite a while to get menus, there were no clean tables, the waitress finally came with menus but we asked if she could wipe the table. She disappeared for quite a while to finally wipe the table and another wait for her to take our order.
Both the waitress and bar tender were too busy on their phones to look after customers.
The place was not busy....maybe 5 tables. We will not be back or recommend this place!

We hadn’t been to Pops for a while so we thought we’d go as the food is always good there. We were there around 6pm. There were lots of after work crowd there. Most just having drinks. There were no clean tables to sit at. We sat at a dirty table for about 10 minutes before the server even acknowledged us. She finally comes over with menus and asks what we would like to drink. We asked her if she could please clean our table and takes our drink order. So she takes the menus back and again we had to wait for her to come back and clean our table. She then leaves to go and get the menus (another wait) so we can look over them. We had been in the restaurant about 25 minutes before we even got drinks. We order our food and again it was another long wait before it was served. When we got our food, it was OK. Not the worst meal I’ve ever had but definitely not great. Not what it used to be. Fries were barely warm. The bread on our clubhouse was hardly even toasted and more on the dried outside. We didn’t bother to complain. She never came back to the table and we didn’t wanna have to wait anymore. We didn’t get a refill on our drinks.
The bartender didn’t leave his post from behind the bar to even help the server clear and clean tables. I saw other patrons taking their empty glasses and bottles to the bar themselves and order their own drinks as the service was very slow. As slow as the service was, the bartender and the server both found time to be on their cell phones. I have been a server. I know how things can be when they are busy, and I am very understanding of this when I go out. But last night it was just poor service and OK food. Our bill was $120 for four people. Far too much money for the experience, we got at Pops. Very disappointing as the food and service has always been very good there.

Ordered beef dip. Waited for an hour ! No beef dip. Waitress only stopped by once in that time. Service has always been bad, food has been getting worse everytime we visit. Was double billed on one visit. Charged my visit twice, took weeks to straighten out.

Service was crazy slow at 1pm only 5 tables and the waitress really didn't seem to want to be there. Food took along time to come also.
