Decided to try Poto 21 for my son's birthday because of all the great reviews. We had a good time, but there were a few things that happened that left us wondering how they have a 5 star Google rating. So for starters I reserved our time and rooms weeks in advance, which were the billiards and air hockey rooms, but as soon as we got there we were automatically ushered into room 3 karaoke room, which is not what we reserved. So I went to talk to the staff about the rooms I booked, I was told we just have to wait for the people in one of our rooms to eat their supper. So for at least 30 minutes of the time we paid for we can't use the room we paid for, because the staffs family have to finish their dinner. I guess it's hard to keep track of all your reservations when they are all just written on post it notes on the wall, also had to remind the staff that we ordered food with our reservation. We ordered drinks and they forgot 2 of the drinks, which took over an hour to get. We didn't have a large party, just 6 people, and were the only customers in poto for the first hour we were there. I felt that the staff was very unorganized and really was looking forward to such a unique experience but was sadly disappointed.
