I was visiting Lethbridge, and I was told that this place is the best place to get Vietnamese in Lethbridge. They did not disappoint. .If you're ordering from here, whatever you get also get a #3.

Saigon Express is clean, and I really like its decor, especially the banana trees and conical hats, it gives a nice Vietnamese touch. I tried one of their soups; it was okay but not particularly delicious. The toppings were quite simple, mainly meat and crab stick. The staff, however, were very nice and friendly, which made the experience pleasant.

Maybe soups are not their strong suit, at least for take out. I got the #62, incredibly small portion for the price, was packaged poorly with no utensils and the noodles were already mushy.

If you want good Vietnamese food go to iTea Express. The service here was not good, the food was bland and got pretty much nothing but rice noodles. The restaurant was nice and clean though, very modern.

This place has been the best Vietnamese resturaunt in Lethbridge for over 30 years. The original owners daughter has carried on the legacy at this location and the food remains fresh, authentic and delicious. I have lived in Calgary for 15 years now and always order when I visit home and make my family bring take out when they come to Calgary. Its that superb compared to competitors.
I am also celiac and almost their whole menu is GF!!!

These guys actually close 1/2 hour before their posted time. So PLAN AHEAD! If you call to order their food they stop answering their phone all toghether 20 minutes before close. Also if you go in the door before closing chairs are up and it looks like they are already closed not very welcoming. Great food but if you don't want to be open don't be.
