Saigonese Restaurant

I ordered sate beef soup and pork vermicelli for delivery today and got a regular soup instead with no sprouts or hot sauce that I asked for when I placed order. Regardless, the broth was ok but the noodle portion was way too small. I had 3/4 of soup left when I poured it inside the noodle bowl because the noodle bowl is as tall as 5inches and not the wide bowl either (small container, a cup bowl) For pork vermicelli, it was very boring they put little bit of lettus and cucumber with what appeared to be chopped off "spam" ham. When I called back to let them know I had ordered sate and they forgot the sprouts and the hot sauce they said, "we don't have sprouts, and yes I forgot the hot sauce. What do YOU want me to do about it?"Dont waste your money here, I'm never ordering anything here again :)

Best soup around alberta, and better then most soups I've had while being a resident of Vancouver over the years... Always substantial amounts plus very consistent ? I've ordered other items off the menu and I'd say still the best around. Awesome spring rolls and fresh rolls. Charbroiled pork is perfect each time.. On the outside the place doesn't look so so good, but the service and quality cant be matched in lethbridge or anywhere in Southern alberta.

This restaurant is in our home town so we are familiar with many of their dishes. Our go-to noodle place. Due to covid their menu is reduced which is too bad because my favorite dish is not available. (spicy chicken stew over crispy noodles). The dishes are all good.

Definitely a place to go for good food.

Great food and great people working here. We've never had a bad meal from Saigonese.

Our favourites are 3, 54 and 77. This is one of our favourite spots to eat as a family. Food comes quick and is tasty.

Food is okay only place i like in Lethbridge but service is terrible sorry to say but the lady with the short hair running the show needs better attitude towards the customers. I was rudely told no extra toppings can be put into my rice teriyaki chicken order even tho I insisted I would pay extra.

The food is authentic and delicious. I highly recommend the hot and sour chicken soup and the spring rolls are amazing!
