Great food. Excellent service. Very clean. Management is open to listening. They understand that they can not always please everyone, but if you give them a chance, they will do everything they can to make things right. We find that communicating with the staff rather than just giving negative feedback ends with issues being resolved in a positive manner.

Great Food! Great, Kind and Caring Chef, Mike! Good and attentive Service by the young Tristyn! This restaurant and staff was a true blessing as I was travelling across Canada from BC to QC! I was looking for Chinese Food and parked right in front of it on a Monday late afternoon. I highly recommend this restaurant whether it is to eat in or to eat out. Big window for the two long tables in the front. Generous plates! Merci Mike!

I should say they must be a negative star for both good and service. The Hot and sour soup was strange. Looked like as if they mixed all sauces in water and added big chunks of onions and green peppers. We did not eat it and asked the attendant to take the entire bowl off of our table.
The we ordered chicken fried rice but received plain fried rice which were super hard as if they were made at least 2 days ago.
The chowmein noodles were too full of the same big chunky vegetables.
We had ordered fried chicken with green peppers which the attendant forgot to bring. We waited for some time and asked her to bring it. She rushed to the kitchen and after 10 minutes brought back the same style carrots, onions and green pepper chunks in some chicken. It had no gravy to go with the rice. I will never return to this place nor would I ever recommend it.

Went there as a family of 6 last night to dine in. Service was awesome. Food was fast and delicious. They have the best Chinese food in Lethbridge easily. Incredible. Go in and try it out. You won’t be disappointed

Another success, having family over, 10 +, have vegan family members. Michael is always so accommodating and patient to get it perfect. Gets right back to me, even though they aren't open the day I text. Get a big order, always ready when the pick up time is arranged and always delicious. Nailed it again thank you very much.
Vegetarian options: Unlesss it is specifically a meat dish they can make it vegan because it's made fresh!

OMG Delivery was prompt but this was probably the worst food I have ever tasted. After only a few forkfuls I ended up tossing more than 75% of it into the garbage. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a one. I do not recommend this restaurant.

We ordered 4 dishes came to 100$ worst Chinese food I have ever had! Hot and sour soup was very strange and very sweet, Mongolian beef wasn't spicy it was sweet as well. They used to be good maybe it's a new cook?

Well we thought we'd give it a try again after it had closed down for awhile and then reopened again. We ordered 4 dishes for a total delivery price of 90 bucks with tip. The food was stone cold but tasted not bad for what seemed like eating left overs, noodles dry, lemon chicken dry.... Needed more sauce but you don't get much for 90 bucks I guess. Called the restaurant and was told that they had a rush with only one driver so that was how it was.... She would pass it on to the manager that I wasn't thrilled with cold food, and that was that, no call back and I guess that is how they roll... So I guess I got what I deserved ordering from a place called SHANGHAI.... Buyer beware!

Cute walkup with friendly and prompt service. Two tables overlooking a lovely park are the best seats in the house.Food, though, is boring. The Beef Noodle and Beef with Mushrooms had the same sauce and tasted the same. The latter had a different sauce from the Mongolian Beef, but both dishes had the same vegetables in the same cutsThe Chicken Fried Rice tasted like it had stayed too long in the rice cooker - the grains had hardened :-(
