Looked online for the fish n chips.photos showed two long large pieces of fish on a bed of fries.What I got was a tiny piece of fish not even half the size of one piece.It was overcooked and the serving of fries was very small.The vegetables were cubed mixed frozen out of a bag.Again very poor quality.The waitress came by and I explained what I saw on the online photo she brought me another piece of fish which was just as overcooked a tiny.The whole meal was crappy . I went back a few days later for breakfast and explained my last meal disappointment to the manager Peter.He said he was sorry for what happened and took care of my breakfast bill,no charge to me.I go there semi regularly and the staff are always friendly and the cooks are very good with getting meals out quickly.Very happy with how the manager handled my complaint.All is good but will be very cautious with ordering anything other than a breakfast meal.

Way over priced for what you actually get, almost always get a club sandwich that comes with actual chicken breast on it, have got this at several locations across Canada and I’m not sure what this is but it had 4 slices of deli meat on it

Our server was really nice but the food left a lot to be desired. The veggies looked like they came from a can, quesadilla looked like a 6 year old made it, salad looked like it came straight from the bag. My crispy chicken sandwich came with 2 of the tiniest tomato slices and enough mayo to only cover the middle of the bun.
Huge downgrade from the time we last came.

Always great food and same staff from when I was a kid!

Service was fast and friendly. Place has an old school charm about it. We had the eggs benny and it was average. Nothing to write home about but not bad either. It came with lots of hollandaise which was nice. I would go back, but probably order something different.

Arrived shortly around 7pm - ordered food and mozzarella sticks as appy. Mozza sticks never arrived - she forgot to order them I said forget them now. Our food around after 743pm. Beef dip bun was soggy. Mashed potatoes were dry and cold. Smash burger was a regular burger nothing smashed about it I ordered butter for my mashed potatoes. She brought me water to drink. Then brought the bill at 754 and asked if we needed anything because we close at 8pm. I ordered my girls dessert which was ice cream because the brownies were flat today. So I packed up our cold tasteless food. Paid the bill and left and will never be back. I’ve never left any restaurant a bad review but I’ll never go back to the restaurant again and have zero recommendations for anyone to go.

I visited this restaurant a couple of years ago, and while the food was decent back then, my recent experience left a lot to be desired. When we sat down, there was salt on the seat, which I had to brush off before settling in. The waitress was friendly, but unfortunately, she never checked in on how we were enjoying our meal.

The food itself was disappointing. My toast was burnt black around the edges, yet soggy and limp in the middle. The shredded hash browns had no flavour and were, again, limp. The omelette was subpar at best. To top it off, my coffee cup had a chemical smell, like bleach or cleaner, though the coffee itself was okay.

For the price, I expected much better quality. There are definitely other places nearby where you could get a more satisfying meal for the same amount of money. Overall, it was a letdown, and I’m not sure I’d return anytime soon.

My boyfriend and I come here quite often (atleast mini twice a week) the milkshakes are amazing. The servers are one of our favourite reasons we come back, friendly, funny and go above and beyond. My daughter calls it the goldfish place and is the only restaurant we can take her to.

Service was amazing but the food was lacking. Edible but had Almost no flavor. And the mini donuts tasted like pure grease no other flavor, had one and had to bin the rest

Service was par, was given two small glasses of water with lip marks on it. Ask the lady if coffee was refillable, was only served refill at the end of meal 😑. Then we requested another set of water but was ignored by the male receptionist who was just standing in front of the til avoiding eye contact. Management should treat their staff better i guess, because that will reflect on how they treat their customers.

I recommend casino breakfast, better food and service with affordable prices.
