Coffee quality varies with how busy the store is. Ive had bad shots and good shots with my latte. So take that however you will. Food and ambience is top notch. Not too hipster, not too commercial.
We went there around lunch time for some takeout, I got a ham and egg waffle and my wife got the cinnamon and we spent about 20$. Really cozy place but it can get a little crowded at times and the menu can be a bit hard to understand but there are a lot of options. Overall a good place for brunch.
The coffee and waffles were absolutely amazing, but the barista could have been a lot friendlier.

Amazing waffle, egg and ham
We stopped in to grab a couple of coffees before we left town. The coffees themselves were really good.
Unfortunately, the service wasn't great. Everyone was pleasant but seemed to be just going through the motions. It was also very loud in the place due to the volume of the music playing and people trying to talk over it.
I sat outside on the shade in thier little patio area beside the building. Great place to just sit and relax with my my iced vanilla Latte. It was a perk that my to go cup claims compost ability!

Sonder's offers delicious waffles and a fun atmosphere for brunch. My personal favourites are the Lemon curd and blueberry waffle and the bacon and brie waffle with pesto and tomatoes for a more savoury option. I am always happy after eating the waffles at Sonder Coffee Bar!
We have some great options for coffee shops in Lethbridge, but Sonder is my favourite. Really well made drinks, amazing waffles if you're looking for food, and a good amount of seating. Coffee roast style is personal preference, but Sonder nails it for me. The only thing that would make them better would be a better location. I wish they were downtown.
Good coffee. Meals were okay. The sweet options may be better. Didn’t really like the sauce in my meals.
