Kind staff; sometimes will even bring my order to my table when they’re not busy! Best location in Lethbridge and open the latest, so I can get all my work done! Very clean, decent music, & I never feel rushed out. They go above and beyond! Even though I’m at the west side, I’d rather drive the extra minutes to the south for a better experience.
According to the Starbucks website, customers can receive free refills of brewed coffee (hot or iced) and tea (hot or iced) during the same in-store visit, regardless of what their initial drink was, as long as it was served in for-here ware or a clean reusable cup.
I miss the good furniture before COVID made it all about drive-thru!

To the young lady at the till, your name Chelsea, should be titled 'grouchy'. Not friendly at all, came across as rude. Even i asked about the Java chip was told by her that it would be double the price? Why? Makes zero sense. Especially if you already make cold drinks. And i seriously hope you didnt give yourself a tip off my gift card, because with the way you come across as rude, you definitely don't deserve one. As for the one making the drink, I ordered a white chocolate mocha with double shot of espresso, it tastes like burnt coffee. I see why I never come here, another reminder as to why I need to stay away. Your coffees are not uniquely different, and I always leave there disappointed with either the staff or the drink.
