Really unfortunate that this is the only Starbucks on the west side, I don’t remember the last time they got my drink order right. And when you correct them, they act like you are inconveniencing them. On top of that, needing to leave 30 mins early to grab a coffee before work for my 6 minute commute just to ensure I’m not late because I KNOW that the 3 cars in front of me will absolutely take just that long. I recently visited the Starbucks in West Lethbridge and was impressed by how fast the customer service was, even though the place was quite busy. The staff managed the rush efficiently without compromising friendliness or attentiveness. I tried the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino, which was delicious—rich mocha sauce blended with Frappuccino chips, topped with whipped cream and a generous layer of chocolate cookie crumble that added a perfect crunch and sweetness. The overall experience was great, making it a solid spot to grab a quick, tasty coffee treat without a long wait. Highly recommend stopping by if you want good service and a delightful cookie crumble drink!

I went through the drive through tonight enroute to the gym to get my caffine fix and was impressed by the quality of service I received from their employee named Morgan, she’s got charisma and her commitment to customer service is unrivalled. She made a trip through the drive through a highlight of the day.

The lattes and sandwiches are a great value for lunch. My son and I like meeting here for good coffee and great service.

Staff here is really friendly!

But other local cafes are likely better options. Less expensive, and better drinks/food.

They got my order wrong they were slow and never going back like most Starbucks I go to they take less time to make drinks than this place did, people were nice service was horrible

Ordered two drinks online and got two of them without any foam. I ordered with foam. Terrible experience both in store and online as always. Still No Plans To Impress!! Still No Plans To Change!!

I am amazeed this location continues to disappoint me. They are the only close one too me after Safeway (the BETTER one) was closed down.

Best customer service!!! I'm a regular and service is always top tier and when my order is wrong they fix it no argument. Very much love this location!!!

This is twice now that I have been given the wrong order I ordered a soy late and only to find that it was sweet tasting tea. so I threw it down the sink. As I was to upset to go all the way back, not a happy customer….
