If you’re looking to wait 25 minutes for two drinks and have people order after you and get their drinks first then wait no longer. This Starbucks is for you.

So ask for a tip before you give the service and then provide no service once the tip is received ?

I've never had a bad experience at this starbucks. This starbucks has exceeded all expectations. I would trust every employee here with my life. If I could change anything about this place, I would put a bed in the café so I can spend every second of my life here. Thank you for changing my life west side starbucks!

Poorly managed starbucks making it the SLOWEST in all of Alberta.

If you order in person prepare yourself to wait up to 20 minutes and for them to get your order wrong.

i was at the university starbucks and the worker i believe her name was ananya was absolutely amazing with a great attitude and put a smile on my face for my birthday and left an amazing message on my cup. thank you girl! she absolutely made my day!

Serious Service and Sensitivity Issue at Starbucks

I recently visited this Starbucks location and experienced an extremely disappointing and concerning incident. I ordered a falafel wrap and a latte, but was instead served a chicken wrap. As someone who has never consumed meat in my life, this mistake was not only distressing but a clear failure of attention to detail and care in food handling.

What made the situation worse was the staff’s behavior—there was no apology or sign of remorse. Instead, they appeared to find the situation amusing, giggling and smiling while I was explaining my concern. This demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism and sensitivity toward customers’ dietary and cultural values.

I expect better standards from Starbucks, both in terms of order accuracy and respectful customer service. I strongly urge management to review staff training on food handling, communication, and empathy to ensure incidents like this do not occur again.

I come here usually a few times per week and the staff are always so friendly and my drinks are always delicious! Mason is especially great!

Put just milk in my coffee, mobile order had to wait as they just picked up the I pad after walking into store, this was 545am, one in drive thru and no one in store. No excuse when your coffee is the price of gold!

Good coffee, very nice staff. Nice layout… but it’s cold! I came here to work for a couple of hours, and it is frosty in here. I recommend a cozier (warmer) atmosphere with some good back ground beats you can hear… then it might be great.

This place gives no shits abt door dash,they are rude,inconsiderate,and the workers ignore everyone,i stood there for 10 mins for a DoorDash order and they just stood there and ignored me. This place is so bad. Never coming back.

My experience with this Starbucks has never failed me. They hire the friendliest people in the world. I especially had good experiences with Maggie, she remade my pink drink today after it separated abnormally. Hailey is my FAVOURITE drive thru barista. She never fails to talk to me and makes me feel like part of the family. I miss Kim and Asher I feel as if I haven’t seen them in forever. Jenna also provides an excellent experience every time I see her, she gave me a birthday drink for my daughter even though I messed up her app. Ananya, Jayden, and Pat are also phenomenal. They’re all so warm and wonderful. Good job with this team Starbucks!

I want to RAVE about RAVEN! I seriously wanted a cold tasty drink today and couldn't make up my mind while in drive-thru. I asked if they could recommend something and RAVEN 100% nailed it with her recommendation! A Pumpkin cream Chai and I was able to make it frappucino style! This drink is 🔥 ! I expressed my gratitude at the window for recommendation....but dang after taking that 1st drink I am so thankful for her knowledge! I hope her management team sees this and gives credit where it is due! Thank you!
