My experience with this Starbucks has never failed me. They hire the friendliest people in the world. I especially had good experiences with Maggie, she remade my pink drink today after it separated abnormally. Hailey is my FAVOURITE drive thru barista. She never fails to talk to me and makes me feel like part of the family. I miss Kim and Asher I feel as if I haven’t seen them in forever. Jenna also provides an excellent experience every time I see her, she gave me a birthday drink for my daughter even though I messed up her app. Ananya, Jayden, and Pat are also phenomenal. They’re all so warm and wonderful. Good job with this team Starbucks!

I want to RAVE about RAVEN! I seriously wanted a cold tasty drink today and couldn't make up my mind while in drive-thru. I asked if they could recommend something and RAVEN 100% nailed it with her recommendation! A Pumpkin cream Chai and I was able to make it frappucino style! This drink is 🔥 ! I expressed my gratitude at the window for recommendation....but dang after taking that 1st drink I am so thankful for her knowledge! I hope her management team sees this and gives credit where it is due! Thank you!

I literally just left this business and I cannot express how angry I am. Upon arrival the drive through was very long so we thought we had vest run inside as we were running late traveling out of town for an event. When I ordered I let the batista know that we were in a hurry and very anxious to get out of town but were scared to hop in the drive through. She assured me they would get us our order fast.

We then proceeded to wait in the store for 30 minutes. 30 MINUTES. My daughter is not likely to make it to the parade she has been excited for all week. I would NOT have ordered had the batista not informed me she would get it out ASAP. The drive through cleared several times in this duration.

While waiting I was speaking with a fella who said he ordered online 20 minutes ago for a pickup and was nervous he had missed it being handed out. His order was also not made yet.

I genuinely cannot express how much this threw a wrench in our plans. If I wanted to stay for 30 minutes I may as well have almost ordered a meal at a restaurant. 30 minutes for coffee!?

I order my regular drink, a 9 chai latte iced with oat milk. And today they out expresso in it, which makes me sick. I called them and they replaced it, only to make the same drink with expresso. I can not drink it as it will make me very ill and I wasn't offered a refund. Never coming here again.

Best Starbucks in town! The staff here are so friendly and they make the best drinks. Drive thru was quick and efficient. Overall 10/10!

River Steady

Dirty furniture. I felt stared at by staff for the entire few hours I dine in there, working on my laptop, or my phone. They were fairly nice though, I guess. But, they make it feel like an inconvenience for them, when I ask for my order to be in ‘to-stay’ glass/ceramic dish-ware, or simply don’t communicate to their fellow staff members, who prepare it in a disposable cup anyway, even if you mention it twice when you make your order at the counter, and the sticker says “for-here”! It tastes better than plastic, & it’s less garbage for motherEarth! Maybe they hate doing dishes 🤷‍♀️

According to the Starbucks website, customers can receive free refills of brewed coffee (hot or iced) and tea (hot or iced) during the same in-store visit, regardless of what their initial drink was, as long as it was served in for-here ware or a clean reusable cup.

The barista refused to pour me a free, simple, hot water tea refill, because my initial drink wasn’t plain coffee or tea, even though I got it in a ‘for-here’ cup. I didn’t wanna argue so I just bought another random drink, and it wasn’t even good.
What are you supposed to do to get proper service around here? I just wanted to sit in a decent place, have a snack, and get my boring work done.

Their drive-thru service is better.

Really unfortunate that this is the only Starbucks on the west side, I don’t remember the last time they got my drink order right. And when you correct them, they act like you are inconveniencing them. On top of that, needing to leave 30 mins early to grab a coffee before work for my 6 minute commute just to ensure I’m not late because I KNOW that the 3 cars in front of me will absolutely take just that long. For real, who is running this joint 😔 Tim’s I go

I recently visited the Starbucks in West Lethbridge and was impressed by how fast the customer service was, even though the place was quite busy. The staff managed the rush efficiently without compromising friendliness or attentiveness. I tried the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino, which was delicious—rich mocha sauce blended with Frappuccino chips, topped with whipped cream and a generous layer of chocolate cookie crumble that added a perfect crunch and sweetness. The overall experience was great, making it a solid spot to grab a quick, tasty coffee treat without a long wait. Highly recommend stopping by if you want good service and a delightful cookie crumble drink!

I went through the drive through tonight enroute to the gym to get my caffine fix and was impressed by the quality of service I received from their employee named Morgan, she’s got charisma and her commitment to customer service is unrivalled. She made a trip through the drive through a highlight of the day.
