Handed out free peppermint mocha samples which tasted delicious

Ordered a white hot chocolate. Didn’t get a white hot chocolate. Asked about the white hot chocolate and got snarkey answer about being busy. Waited and waited for the hot chocolate. Place emptied out and they started cleaning. Asked again about the white hot chocolate they told me it wasn’t rung through. I asked why they didn’t tell me when they discovered that as I was standing two feet from them waiting and waiting. She tripped over herself blaming someone else and then they finally made the hot chocolate. The barista refused to look at me the whole time. Hung over? Rude! Weird!

It's starbucks. I came during a not so busy time so it was peaceful. I haven't been here in awhile. Noticed that they don't have the outside chairs and tables.
