I know the drive through can be a little slow sometimes, but I was waiting over 30 minutes to get my drink. I ordered the pecan crunch oat latte, but there was no pecan crunch, it tasted like warm milk. Pretty disappointed. I recommend ordering on the app and picking it up in the store. Hopefully that would be a little quicker than a 30 minute wait.

This is definitely the starbucks my friend and I frequent the most!! The workers are super friendly, especially our main mans JIHOOOO and Miles!! In my personal opinion they make the best frappes in lethbridge at any time of day :) overall great establishment and we will continue to go here routinely !!

Ordered a drink through the drive through on my lunch and did not realize it was half full until I got back to work. I contacted customer service right away and had to follow up multiple times to eventually be told you need a paper receipt for a refund if not a rewards member …. I was never offered a receipt and am not a rewards member. Despite the friendly service, will not return to a Starbucks again after this

I rare treat myself to Starbucks, but when I do. I'm guaranteed an excellent experience. Although I had mixed up my order. The team was super helpful while helping me resolve the issue. I didn't catch any names, but to the team working between 10-11AM on July 11, 2025. You're a stellar person and I'm happy you were there to help today. Cheers!
