Me and my friend went to use the washroom but there was a code needed for access for the bathrooms. I asked for the code for the washroom but was then ridiculed and she was being extremely rude. LADIES GO TO THE SOUTH SIDE MICH BETTER SERVICE. Please learn how to train employees thanks.

If starbucks goes cashless I dont buy starbucks anymore. Period! Choice is one thing but taking away cash is a bad move. Everyone aught to blavklist starbucks and boycott if the company supports the end of cash. Im not that liberal that I want to take away your freedom to use actual cash.

I’m fairly new to Starbucks in general but I found something I really like there when I was on holiday so I’ve been a couple of times recently. It was my first time at this Starbucks though and when I ordered it in the drive-thru, the person offered a few options I didn’t even know existed. Then when I went to pick it up at the window, Mar took the time to explain what each option would have been like so I had a better idea of what she meant. She was great and I appreciate the time she took to explain it to me. I will definitely be back to this location and hope that she serves me again!
Dietary restrictions: I love that they have coconut milk as a dairy alternative. Nobody else that I know of has that. Yummy!

What is there to say about Starbucks...either you like it or you don't. I love it. Had a few times in Lethbridge where the server just didn't get what I was asking for but over-all it was good.
Today for the first time ever, from a customer who goes daily. When I see a long line up at the drive thru I always order from the app. It’s always been ready for me. I have done this probably over 100 times. I ordered today one drink. A strawberry refresher with water… not even time consuming. The lady instantly got defensive when I pulled up to the window and said i just order on the mobile app. She said I might have to swing around, when the line up is out of the parking lot. We all know the line up usually is slow going. I get to the window and she said it’s bogo and people are ordering 6-10 drinks and I’ll have to swing around. She said we normally push order thru but she can’t today. Okay well how was I suppose to know this? Iv done this how many time over the past years. I know she was just doing her job. So my review is mainly for Starbucks corporate and the lack of ability use your human compassion to deal with issues. It’s a no brainer if I was to have order at the window it would have been bumped to the front. So just make the refresher and move on. But no, you had to be defensive and not understanding of a customer who thought she was doing something to help. As it’s been the way Iv been doing it for years. Thanks for making a very tired mom cry in her car for 20 minutes before she went to Tim Hortons.
I may not be the biggest Starbucks girlie out there but I do generally go daily. I will not be returning.

Would of prefered lemon cake. Service was good. Didn't get a extra expresso thst I ordered in my iced coffee. The lid they gave me was broken and had a hole below the mouth opening. Spilt immediately.

The manager Rebecca just fired my favourite barista who was working there for nearly three years. So sad to hear they do not care about their employees, they should have unionized when they had the chance a while back. Such a shame to see this. A mere 5 mins away are local coffee shops who care deeply about their workers and the customers they serve like The Penny and Sonder.
