This location is always my go to! On my way to work this afternoon I decided to stop by and treat myself to a Matcha Latte. As usual everyone was super kind! After I left I noticed there was a hand drawn dog on the cup.
About 3 weeks ago we had to put our dog to sleep and her name was Matcha. Seeing that drawing made my entire week!
The drink was delicious as always.

The woman who was on the drive-thru window at noon today (March 3rd, 2025) was fantastic. So happy and personable, plus, after years of my husband thinking he was collecting points by using his card, she explained that he hadn't been getting any points at all. She explained how to fix it and wished us well on our travels. She certainly was the highlight of our day.
There is an older blonde lady who worked there that afternoon me and my friends decided and get some drinks. Me and my friend went to use the washroom but there was a code needed for access for the bathrooms. I asked for the code for the washroom but was then ridiculed and she was being extremely rude. LADIES GO TO THE SOUTH SIDE MICH BETTER SERVICE. Please learn how to train employees thanks.

If starbucks goes cashless I dont buy starbucks anymore. Period! Choice is one thing but taking away cash is a bad move. Everyone aught to blavklist starbucks and boycott if the company supports the end of cash. Im not that liberal that I want to take away your freedom to use actual cash.
