By far one of the best starbucks in Lethbridge. The staff are always so sweet and friendly. The lady with the white/platinum blonde hair so so kind. Always great service, drink recommendations, and food.

I started using this Starbucks a few months ago and have been very satisfied. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Most importantly, orders are served faster than at other campus cafes, which makes it very convenient.
The only downside is that the “Order Ahead” feature on the app isn’t available at this location. However, this isn’t a big issue. I can use other similar services, and I enjoy interacting with the staff at the register, so it hardly affects my experience.
By the way, my recommendation is the Chocolate Chunk Cookie and a Decaf Caffè Americano set.

My order isn’t usually messed up by other Starbucks, but this particular location has never made it well. Since it’s mostly staffed by students, I want to be kind, but the customer service isn’t that great either.

Always, we find out, coffee cheers us up. Baked goods and coffee we had here did not cheer us up at all.

Agreed with one of the comments below, the one tall male barista with brown hair is really rude and very obviously hates his job. The rest of the baristas are pretty nice otherwise. Biggest complaint is that they are always out of everything, especially food. The wait times aren’t too bad.

The male barista tall with dark hair is rude and unpleasant. Unnecessarily sassy to customers. If he's the one taking your order, I'd probably run in the other direction.
