Absolutely shocked. I go to coffee shops frequently, I work in one, and I’ve worked in coffee most of my adult life. So when a barista came up to me after maybe 5 or 10 mins while I was waiting for a friend who was running a few mins late he told me “seating is for paying customers only and I’d have to leave if I wasn’t making a purchase” I was floored. Not only were there 30 empty seats but what kind of welcoming atmosphere tells people to leave if they don’t immediately purchase something!? Especially at a cafe - where it’s incredibly common for people to meet? I understand if it was some noisy teenagers, or maybe someone badgering customers for spare change. This isn’t gunna stop people from going there it’s not meant to. I just hope management there will have a discussion with their staff about being more welcoming. Please do better!

Went there around 8:05pm on Monday, my mom clearly said 2 drinks, I even heard the girl repeat it. The girl taking our order was blond and a bit bigger and was being very rushy almost, despite being not too busy. She made the first drink and we stood there for about another 3 minutes or so before the guy working the drive thru asked us if we’re waiting for anything else. We told him we had another drink and he looked over yo the other girl and she shrugged and said I don’t think I got it, I just charged for one. My mom already being tired and fed up after a long day told him it was okay and we were already waiting for long enough. So we just walked out, with the only drink we got being mainly ice. Girl could’ve been nicer and more attentive, she knew we were talking about two drinks two. She should’ve reread us what we ordered before we paid, even tipped her 2$. We wouldn’t have tipped if we knew she was gonna get it wrong and have a bad attitude. Maybe rushing us because it was almost close.

I went here to grab a delightful java drink. I was not disappointed, it definitely hit the spot for me. When I ordered I was informed that one of the ingredients contained dairy as I chose a non dairy milk to go in it. Thanks to that I was able to make an adjustment and am now informed to avoid a topping. Thanks!
Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options for food, even some vegan options. You can modify the drinks to be vegan if you wish.
Dietary restrictions: They have a number of dairy free options for their drinks and you can modify any of them, just ask they will let you know.

I come here every morning to lovely people that greet me like they know me. Thank you for always making me feel special when I come in.
The last three times I’ve ordered a drink with Oat Milk in it at this location, I haven’t actually received Oatmilk (even though it’s been on the sticker each time), and due to my lactose sensitivity, this leads to a rather… uncomfortable evening.
While I love Starbucks Coffee and the Staff at this location have always been super friendly, and it’s always clean and fast, I will probably shy away from this location in future.

I find Starbucks has great Baristas and this one is no exception. Easy to understand, order clearly taken and conversation light hearted. Drinks are good too. Really helps justify the extra cost when the drinks are handmade to a high standard!
