Had a great experience at this Starbucks location today. All of the staff, especially Colin, were incredibly friendly and made us fantastic drinks! Thoroughly enjoyed my experience and appreciated all of the kind staff and conversation on a busy Sunday afternoon. Favourite Starbucks in town. ☺️ ☕️

Yesterday at 10:30am when I used the drive-thru service, I didn't receive a tip suggestion prompt, and the staff member input a tip without asking me.I was left feeling displeased.I hope this location can address this issue to ensure a more customer-friendly experience in the future.

Why am I waiting 20 minutes for 3 drinks when car after car goes through the drive thru and people pick up using mobile app? I guess in person in store customers no longer count and get pushed to the bottom of the priority chain.... do better starbucks.
How can people in customer service be so bad at their jobs? How hard is it to be polite? And how hard is it to make a drink? The people are always rude here. Almost as rude as the ones on mayor Magrath. Five employees and you wait 35 minutes for one dumb drink. Never again. Be better people.

I’ve been here a few times and this was my first time going inside to order rather then use the drive through and I still like this location a lot, the atmosphere is very nice, they have some really nice window seating but there was quite a wait and they didn’t seem that busy and the washroom wasn’t as clean as I’d expected. Put aside those things and the service was good and everything we ordered was made perfect and we really enjoyed it.

Mobile ordered a grilled cheese, went in to pick it up, and no one bothered to ask what I was waiting for despite me waiting at the pick up spot for several minutes. I asked a barista to please put my food in, and he walked to the back without acknowledging me. I then had to ask a second person, and then third person before my food was started. Why am I waiting longer for a mobile order, than if I ordered in store? There was one other customer, so it’s not like they were providing customer service to anyone else. What happened to this store??

this review is for starbucks on first ave south in the book store at park place mall--went there for my regular drink and take my small dog---we sit outside and enjoy our drink--this time when i went there the tables and chairs were totaly locked up so were complete unuseable---asked inside if they could be unlocked--was told no they are not in use--i asked if u are not going to use them please do not just leave them for looks---take them away---she told me maybe they will but said ITS A WORKS IN PROGRESS--WHAT EVER THAT IS--
