The customer service provided by Mike Smart was excellent. We were not pleased with user fees and cleaning fees, particularly since these should be covered by yearly maintenance fees, and since the amenity we were most looking forward to, the hot tub, was not available. The view of a dirt hill with dry grass was less than spectacular. Having to wash improperly cleaned dishes, cutlery and pans before using was not pleasing.
Quiet location in a neighborhood, not on a golf course. Unit was very dated. Staff was extremely helpful and prompt to anything that needed attention. Beds were comfortable. No view at all. Close to seeing many sites of interest. Eating at the Water Tower restaurant was exceptional!
We arrived late after the office was closed but the welcome package was where we were told it would be. The directions to the condo were very clear and easy to follow. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and we will return in the future
Enjoyed our stay - the location, cleanliness and staff were amazing - loved. The pool and hot tub - perfect for a golf or family getaway - accommodations were dated - food in restaurant was average for a golf course
Beautiful, challenging golf course also offering tennis, pickleball, fitness center, pool and in lovely setting. Staff were helpful and friendly. The 2 bedroom condo was small but clean and on a quiet street backing up the course. There are many parks and trails in Lethbridge to explore.
This was an excellent stay at this condo. We paid an additional $200 to stay in one of the two premium units and it was well worth it. It was facing the green and had a huge deck. I was told the unit is 500-600 sq. ft. bigger than the other units. The furniture was just lovely, the beds and pillows very comfortable, loved the duvet with tons of cupboard space in the kitchen. We were able to bring our little dog, Peanut with us at this designated unit. There was lots of grass on the front lawn and she loved it and we loved having her with us. I can't recommend this accommodation more. The other regular units are excellent too as we keep coming back every year and love it each time.
Perfect place for a couple of families, especially with two washrooms and a great set up with everything needed for cooking. Great to have the doors on the side facing each other when you have multiple groups staying at once.
We booked this resort based on ratings through RCI and reviews. The resort contacted us to proceed with our check-in on-line and advise us that no one is there on weekends to greet us or help with issues until the Monday. Mike (RCI rep) was very nice and provided his cell number. He was quick to respond to questions. With that said - I did challenge the resort regarding the cleaning fee of $65.00 for the week. Seems like it's the norm there. However, after 20+ years of exchanging timeshares - this was a first for us. I must say that I am very disappointed in this considering no one contacted us during our entire stay to see if we needed anything ... no cleaning offered and the locker rooms at the gym were not cleaned once during the week. I get the charge for amenities as most resorts are now doing this but beware of the additional $65.00 for cleaning. Other than that, the unit we had was upstairs with our own garage. Very spacious. Furniture is outdated and beds not comfortable. We made the best of it and enjoyed our stay. Golf at the Canyon was amazing although expensive - it's worth playing once. We enjoyed golfing at Henderson Links as well.
Even though this resort is only 2 1/2 hours away from where we live, we just finally decided to stay there for a long weekend. It is a really nice resort. We took my mother and sister in law with us and they really liked it. More than likely we will go there again for a quick getaway.
We took our daughter and grandson along for a short vacation and decided to explore Lethbridge and area. We enjoyed our stay at the Paradise Canyon Resort except for the fact that the pool was not up to our standards and there were very few ammenities geared to children or for non-golfers. The rooms were spacious and clean and the attached garage was a bonus. It is located at the bottom of a very steep hill so it wasn't the greatest for getting around with out a vehicle. We like to walk and bike places but it was so hot (34 C) that we drove most places. Would be nice to have a place to rent an ebike nearby or a shuttle out of the valley for sight seeing.

Overall a nice getaway, the golf was expensive so we only played once, but played other courses in the area. Beautiful scenery! On the negative side the bed was hard and onconfortable, should think about putting in a King size bed instead! The balcony faced the road which would have been nice to be in the back so we could watch the golfers get mad! The pool and hotub was nice. We didn't eat at the restaurant as we cooked our own food, which had all the kitchen supplies needed. We had the upper unit which had the garage which was nice. Overall no concerns besides the bed.
This was our second time staying at this resort and found this to be a very relaxing and peaceful place to stay. The condo has everything you need and the pool area is usually very quiet. the only complaint was the cleaning staff entering the room without knocking first. The first time was by mistake but the second time the lady entered before the 10:00 check-out time.
