Subway in Lethbridge

“We had a team order of 30 subs with short notice and the Subway team went over and above to get it done. Order was correct. Great service. Definitely would recommend for teams (we ate in earlier and the Taco Del Mar option in the connected restaurant is great for teams to provide two options.“

“Never ever had a sandwich like this on any Subway! I was in Lethbridge for a short visit from Toronto, when I had it. Kawaljeet was very welcoming, courteous and professional with the food. She put the same sauce, same veggies that I usually have, but still it tasted that delicious which my taste buds never experienced. Really Loved it.“

“Sukh was so incredibly friendly snd kind. I scrambled in at 10:59pm and the restaurant was set to close at 11:00pm. She didn't shoo me away but instead tried to make me feel welcomed and valued. She was fast, efficient, and compassionate. She smiled, talked, and built genuine rapport. I felt respected and she didn't make me feel guilty or ashamed for coming right at closing. “I just had the best experience with my mom at this location. My mom had a big order and she was a bit stressed. Harsh one of the employees was so calm and helped my mom quickly to navigate the subway app. (The older generation don’t know!) Uttam the other employee was very patient in helping my mom with the order. The best customer service I’ve seen in a while. We forget to help people sometimes, and both Harsh and Uttam were doing their job well, while being kind and efficient! Will go back to this location just for them!“

“Sub was standard subway. Tasted ok, nothing great but consistent so you know what to expect.

I ordered through the app and waited and waited and no one called or said it was ready finally I asked and they said it was ready a long time ago. App said they were still making it weird that the store and the app didn't connect

The store was pretty disorderly, chairs everywhere and food scraps on the floor. It was the lunch rush but was grossed out by people who can't clean up after themselves so not really on the store but more a reflection of humanity.“

“It is just your typical Subway. The food is the same as at any location. It is staffed by students. This makes me happy that they are trying to employ the students. They are as quick as any Subway and preparing your order and are as pleasant as any other location. They have never messed up on my order.“
