I ordered veggie delite sub but there is no veggie patty inside and cheese is not properly melted.
Had an ant in my pop, not sure how it got there other than the fact there were ants walking around on the floor all over. Didn’t get reimbursed or compensated in any way other than him stating we could have water after he called his manager. There was no ant traps anywhere to maintain the ant infestation.
Really need to clean the ice/pop machine , just grabbed lunch from there today and after I was almost done my drink I noticed there are all these black flakes floating in my drink! Disgusting what even is that ? From reading the reviews this place is clearly a dump. I’ve also noticed the bathroom has been out of order for a while, maybe call a plumber? I’m not going to be going back there and will be telling the 30 employees I work with to avoid also.
One of the best subway experiences I've ever had! The employee working made sure my sub was made exactly the way I wanted! Unfortunately I didn't catch his name but he was wearing a Toronto Raptors cap and I'm definitely looking forward to coming back to this location again!

Walked in, stood around for a couple minutes, no staff were anywhere in sight to take my order. Walked out.
Probably for the better because the place was filthy anyways. Empty restaurant but most of the tables were dirty and it looked like the food prep counter hasn't been wiped in hours.

They refuse to read online order receipts and I’ve found only a couple of the staff to actually be friendly when going In to physically order… it’s highly disappointing especially since they are in such a prime location to make so much money. They treat some of their veggies like it costs them an arm and a leg to add to a sandwich and you have to repeat that you want more, more than need be for them to add some more… and don’t even bother pressing the more button if your ordering pick up online. They don’t follow the instructions or will give you less than the normal amount…

They need to change the hours written on the door. It says open until 10:00pm but that is not the case as I showed up there at 9:50 and the door was locked and the guy waved at me to go away. Who runs a business that way. Won't go back.
Closed at 9:25am while signs says they open at 9am.
Was disappointed with the service we recieved here on the night of August 4th, 2024, at 7:44pm.
After my partner and myself waited 5 minutes for someone to appear from the back room. We recieved one of the worst meals from this location. A request such as 'may I only have a little bit of lettuce, please.' was interpreted as let's load three big handfuls of leaf onto this sub.. The receipt was not given upon purchase and the QR code that was recieved on one of our subs was scribbled through so we were unable follow-up through these means.
Certainly a disappointing experience.
