Absolutely horrible experience at this Subway location. I ordered a sandwich and not only was it made completely wrong, but the sauce was spilled all over the outside of the wrapper. When I politely asked for a remake, the staff member was extremely rude and disrespectful—he said “this is how we make it” and refused to fix it. Instead of offering any help, he tried to start an argument and acted like I was the problem.
I’ve never been treated so badly at a fast food place before. Completely unprofessional, unhygienic, and unacceptable service. I walked out without eating.
Avoid this location at all costs
Disgusting service and zero professionalism. I went in for a simple sandwich and they completely messed up my order. The sauce was leaking all over the outside of the sandwich—it was a total mess. When I asked for it to be remade, the staff responded with attitude, saying “that’s how we make it” and flat-out refused to fix it.
Instead of apologizing, the worker got aggressive and confrontational like I was asking for a favor, not just the food I paid for.
This place doesn’t care about customers, quality, or basic respect. Save your money and your patience—don’t go here.

Through my sandwich right into garbage but wouldn’t even remake it
I ordered veggie sandwich with marinara sauce on it and i ask employee to grill my sandwich, he made my sanwich saggy and paper was stuck on my sandwich. I ask him to make right, instead of accepting his fault he started shouting that i asked for extra lettuce and whatever which i did not. I told him im getting this sandwich everyday for so long and it never happened before but he was not listening just kept shouting at me. I did not catch his name. It was really bad service and i will say this guy need more training.
Service was really worst, i had visit this place before many time no offence to anyone but indian people used to work here were kind and polite, hard working, respectful. but today was the different scenario not suggest to go to this subway, they don't like to work but working and serving. in the food industry i have seen first time someone who serves is this rude and treat your food like a garbage. subway canada if you want to keep you business better you need to look into this . kindly request.
Sub was standard subway. Tasted ok, nothing great but consistent so you know what to expect.
I ordered through the app and waited and waited and no one called or said it was ready finally I asked and they said it was ready a long time ago. App said they were still making it weird that the store and the app didn't connect
The store was pretty disorderly, chairs everywhere and food scraps on the floor. It was the lunch rush but was grossed out by people who can't clean up after themselves so not really on the store but more a reflection of humanity.
3 out of 4 subs for delivery all wrong even though there would have been an itemized list of chosen toppings, extra toppings added that were not requested leaving one sub inedible by the disabled person who didn’t get what was ordered and the other 2 required some searching and removing of many items not liked by or requested to be put on the sub.
They rationalizing and taxing food. 3 prices of cheese is crazyyyyy

This was a few days ago, but i am still angry!!!!! I ordered one of their new deals, the Festive Fave, a 6"inch sub with turkey and Dijon Cranberry. The sandwich itself was pretty good, but not so much all around!! The deal is 8.99 With your choice of 1) Potato Rounds OR 2) one bag of chips and 2 red velvet cookies.
First ~ the girl didn't even know how to ring it in on the till. A couple minutes later a guy came in (manager I think) But he also didn't know how to ring it in. When they finally did, I was told I get 1) (one) choice of the three (potato rounds or bag of chips or cookies) When I told them that's not was it says on the poster the guy went over and read it. Again he said it only comes with one item. Again, I tried to tell him, on the poster it clearly states choice of 1) potato rounds or 2) one bag of chips and 2 cookies. That would mean you can choose between the chips and rounds and get 2 cookies.
But instead they kept arguing with me, I had an extremely hard time understanding them.
And yes, this probably does seem juvenile to complain. But in today's world, we work our butts off, barely make it by, and I'm lucky to treat myself to something once a month, maybe twice. So when I am not getting what I paid for, that IS a big deal. It doesn't matter where you work, everyone should be fully trained!!!!! And employees should be well aware of new items or SPECIAL DEALS!!!!!

They misrepresent their prices. Listing lower prices and charge different values. Would not refund the difference or any type of remediation. I would check your bill before paying.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread does not hold together.
Waited 10 minutes for service only for them to underfill my sandwich and then burn it when they chatted with eachother. If you want any decent service order it on skip its the only orders they seem to care about at all.

The store was packed full of people and only two workers were making subs. There was 2 others but they were cleaning dishes. This was at 6:30pm as well. Supper rush, all the subs made were sloppy and they barely listened! They never change their gloves, wear hats or switch out the actual containers that have their previous food in it.they ran out of lettuce and just grabbed a back and stuffed the same container in it. Same with the turkey and ham. Not sanitary at all.
