Ordered 2 subs on app with italian herbs and cheese bread didn’t get the bread for both. Asked to grill the sub too they didn’t grill too. 1 sub was with veggie patty but they didn’t had that too. They should mark veggie patty as sold out. Didn’t like the service.

On Friday they must not bake bread. I just had a sub bun that must have been 3 days old, it was awful.

ordered a sandwich at 6:30pm and when i went to pick it up the cookies were not in the bag (when on the receipt it said i had added them to my order) then i get back to my place open up the sandwich and the bread is wrong, it’s not toasted (asked for it to be), and no cheese was on the sandwich. there were no napkins placed into the bag nor were there any set out for others to grab.

By far worst subway in Lethbridge. We ordered dinner tonight and had a sub that was made wrong so we contacted them asking if we could have it corrected.. the manager decided to tell us to bad buy a new one. Pathetic customer service and clearly need to replace your manager with a competent one!
This subway appears to open when the staff feel like it. It is now 9am and it is still not open. Hours say 8am...

It is just your typical Subway. The food is the same as at any location. It is staffed by students. This makes me happy that they are trying to employ the students. They are as quick as any Subway and preparing your order and are as pleasant as any other location. They have never messed up on my order.
Quick and convenient location for students in the university. Friendly staff, however during the lunch rushes there can be lengthy delays from the large number of students. Also during the summer months they will have different hours due to low number of students.
Well it’s subway, what y’all expecting?

They usually do a really good job for how busy they are! Are out of honey oat too often though! haha.
