Ordered subs from this Subway and the experience was terrible. Our order was missing toppings, so we called in to let them know. Instead of owning up to the mistake, the staff immediately got defensive and claimed they “checked the cameras” and the toppings were there—even as we were literally looking at our subs with the missing items. My girlfriend even sent them a picture, but they dismissed it and asked for a “proper picture,” whatever that’s supposed to mean.
Not only did they refuse to resolve the issue, but the staff were rude and unprofessional throughout the whole interaction. If this is how they handle simple customer concerns, I absolutely do not recommend this location. Save your money and go somewhere else that actually values their customers.

I had a really frustrating experience with my recent Subway delivery order. First off, the delivery took almost an hour, which is ridiculous for a simple sandwich order. There was no heads-up, no ETA update, nothing—just radio silence while I sat there waiting, getting more annoyed by the minute.
And when the food finally showed up, it was a total letdown. Everything was cold, soggy, and just straight-up unappetizing. The bread was limp, the veggies were mushy, and it looked like the sandwich had been tossed around during transit or left sitting out for way too long. Definitely not fresh, definitely not what I paid for.
This is not the kind of service I expect, especially when I’m paying extra for delivery. If this is how delivery orders are being handled, I’ll seriously think twice before ordering again. Really disappointed.

Arrive and see 3 uniformed staff eating at tables, one guy behind the counter. Get in line and wait 8 minutes for 2 subs for the couple in front of me. Get in line and am told that he is behind on online orders and I’m going to have to wait. While I am waiting in line, now 15 min for subway, a man walks in with a female, skips the line, and the dudes stops making the subs and gives him a cookie without paying and he walks out. Getting two subs took me approx 25 min which I could get drinks and an appetizer at a restaurant. Being behind 3 orders and then stopping preparation to give your buddy a free cookie is unacceptable to me. I was in this subway at 4:00pm on Saturday April 5th for anyone who may want to look into giving out free stuff and making customers wait restaurant levels of time for their food.

Today I just came to order but I didn’t. I could order a wrap but the quantity of chicken they used is not enough as compared to the price of the food that we are paying for .There were just 2 girls working . There was deal showing on the application but costumer’s can’t redeem it.I said to help me but they didn’t. There were 4 costumer in front of of you waiting for their turn there was just one girl who was dealing with costumers but the second girl was not came outside to help .

I use the apps and get a footlong sub for 750 from this place often. If you build your own subs at home it’ll cost you a lot more than that. And the staff are very friendly and if you want jalapeños and they’re not on the app just add it in the notes and they will do it. Better than fast food and they’re right by.

Ordered two subs from this location yesterday, and I was absolutely disgusted to find a hair in one of them. That’s completely unacceptable! Clearly, they don’t follow proper hygiene standards. I will never be ordering from here again, and I highly recommend others avoid this place unless they want a similar experience. Do better, Subway!
