Arrive and see 3 uniformed staff eating at tables, one guy behind the counter. Get in line and wait 8 minutes for 2 subs for the couple in front of me. Get in line and am told that he is behind on online orders and I’m going to have to wait. While I am waiting in line, now 15 min for subway, a man walks in with a female, skips the line, and the dudes stops making the subs and gives him a cookie without paying and he walks out. Getting two subs took me approx 25 min which I could get drinks and an appetizer at a restaurant. Being behind 3 orders and then stopping preparation to give your buddy a free cookie is unacceptable to me. I was in this subway at 4:00pm on Saturday April 5th for anyone who may want to look into giving out free stuff and making customers wait restaurant levels of time for their food.

Today I just came to order but I didn’t. I could order a wrap but the quantity of chicken they used is not enough as compared to the price of the food that we are paying for .There were just 2 girls working . There was deal showing on the application but costumer’s can’t redeem it.I said to help me but they didn’t. There were 4 costumer in front of of you waiting for their turn there was just one girl who was dealing with costumers but the second girl was not came outside to help .

I use the apps and get a footlong sub for 750 from this place often. If you build your own subs at home it’ll cost you a lot more than that. And the staff are very friendly and if you want jalapeños and they’re not on the app just add it in the notes and they will do it. Better than fast food and they’re right by.

Ordered two subs from this location yesterday, and I was absolutely disgusted to find a hair in one of them. That’s completely unacceptable! Clearly, they don’t follow proper hygiene standards. I will never be ordering from here again, and I highly recommend others avoid this place unless they want a similar experience. Do better, Subway!

I used to enjoy coming here. It was a nice walking distance from my home. But prices have skyrocketed, and cleanliness was drawn into question when I noticed staff not changing gloves after touching point of sale systems. Or when a meatball was dropped onto a delivery order receipt and the staff member put it onto my sandwich as if that was ok. I don’t expect a lot from subway, but I do expect basic food safety.

Do the workers know the ingredients are supposed to go inside the bun, not on the outside all over the bun and bag? Every single time.. we live two minutes away, and on a stock sub the entire bun for both of us was so soggy from being wrapped in sauce and veggies that it was inedible. This happens every time we decide to try this location .

Well this will be the last time I go here, that little lady behind the counter has a real attitude problem and I don't think she should be working with the public.
Messed up my sub a little and at that point I was done, payed and left...
Sad part is is that everyone else there is a delight to talk to!

If I want subway I'll go to the one up on Aquitania Blvd W.
