The lady that made are food super super sweat, and amazing. Then when we sat down to eat there was a bunch of crumbs on the table and chairs like no one has wiped them down. Then we saw a guy picking his nose and eating it several times for a couple minutes, and then came out and served this couples food with his bare hands.

Terrible location, Rude, unprofessional and absolutely no sense of customer service. They act like they’re doing you a favour. Definitely the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. The whole staff at this location is AWFUL. The staff seriously needs training in both basic manners and food safety. And please learn ENGLISH.
Especially the man working there- he’s arrogant, disrespectful- if you can’t be respectful to customers, you shouldn’t be in a customer facing job.

Terrible customer service every time I visit this location. The staff is consistently rude, with no communication skills or basic hospitality. Especially the man working there—he’s extremely rude and unprofessional. They talk loudly in their own language while preparing orders, which is really annoying and makes customers feel unwelcome. On top of that, they don’t even wear proper head coverings while handling food. Just a bad experience overall—won’t be returning.
This is a breakfast sandwich from subway now... pretty much just eating a bun.

Staff got no manner, doesn’t know how to take orders or talk back properly. Need to learn customer services, and obviously how to talk.

Absolutely embarrassing experience at Subway on March 13 around 6 p.m. I was there to pick up an order as a DoorDash driver. After I gave my order number, I sat down to wait. A few minutes later, the lady working at the counter didn’t even bother to walk over or speak to me properly — she just stayed at her counter, and said “Hello” like I was being summoned. No “Excuse me,” no effort to approach me with respect, not even said your order is ready— just a dismissive gesture in front of 10-15 other customers.
It was humiliating and completely unprofessional. As someone from the same community, I felt so disrespected — like I owed her something or was being treated as a burden.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable. If this is how they treat delivery drivers, I can only imagine how they treat others. Subway, you seriously need to train your staff on basic manners and respect.
Bad service
I just had the best experience with my mom at this location. My mom had a big order and she was a bit stressed. Harsh one of the employees was so calm and helped my mom quickly to navigate the subway app. (The older generation don’t know!) Uttam the other employee was very patient in helping my mom with the order. The best customer service I’ve seen in a while. We forget to help people sometimes, and both Harsh and Uttam were doing their job well, while being kind and efficient! Will go back to this location just for them!

My husband and I take our children to a sporting event nearby.
So we stopped there to have lunch. We like to order sandwiches at every subway restaurant.
This time we stumbled across this branch of this restaurant by accident because we were lost? Both of us ordered Chicken teriyaki sauce because we liked the delicious taste. We also ordered a drink and got 2 free cookies? The female staff were very welcoming? but the other 2 men were not very interested and didn't greet or ask customers at all?
The inside of the shop is decorated in an open, airy style that is pleasing to the eye.
Clean floor.
It's beautiful. I like it.
We sat and ate in a restaurant where there were only the 2 of us.
Other customers order to take home.
If there is a chance, we will stop by there again.
