The lettuce had ants on it and i didnt realize until i came home and there was an ant infestation in my house. I had to call an exterminator and when i contacted them about the situation and called them out they said “ants are good for your health” and hung up on me. This was my first time eating here and i will never ever ever ever go back. Everyone please avoid this place .

Never ever had a sandwich like this on any Subway! I was in Lethbridge for a short visit from Toronto, when I had it. Kawaljeet was very welcoming, courteous and professional with the food. She put the same sauce, same veggies that I usually have, but still it tasted that delicious which my taste buds never experienced. Really Loved it.

I saw a man left this store hungry because the staff was rude to him and told him that he can’t choose his salad or dressing. They also told him that he can’t make it a meal either. Pathetic service and staff.

Usually a pretty good experience food wise. Today neither of my two subs were very good but that’s expected - what was horrible was the service today. The people spoke so quietly I barely heard them. No smiles, nothing. Asked about the ingredients of one of the cookies and they said “I don’t know”. (Had to clarify since, again, I could barely hear them.) At least the place was clean.

terrible service from the short brown dude, we walked in around 8:30 the worker was cleaning, and closing i was ordering for 3 people and he only made 2, after he made them i ordered what i wanted cause he didn't hear me the first time, he threw his gloves into the trash aggressively and had his palms in his head, i tipped 15-20% since i thought they were closing since i didn't look at the time, turns out they closed at 10, after we payed we checked, it was just 9:18 when we left he was so mad and when he was making mine he was being so rude, "what bread."
