I saw a man left this store hungry because the staff was rude to him and told him that he can’t choose his salad or dressing. They also told him that he can’t make it a meal either. Pathetic service and staff.

Usually a pretty good experience food wise. Today neither of my two subs were very good but that’s expected - what was horrible was the service today. The people spoke so quietly I barely heard them. No smiles, nothing. Asked about the ingredients of one of the cookies and they said “I don’t know”. (Had to clarify since, again, I could barely hear them.) At least the place was clean.

terrible service from the short brown dude, we walked in around 8:30 the worker was cleaning, and closing i was ordering for 3 people and he only made 2, after he made them i ordered what i wanted cause he didn't hear me the first time, he threw his gloves into the trash aggressively and had his palms in his head, i tipped 15-20% since i thought they were closing since i didn't look at the time, turns out they closed at 10, after we payed we checked, it was just 9:18 when we left he was so mad and when he was making mine he was being so rude, "what bread." "what cheese." also aggressive while making my food

It's a pretty run-of-the-mill Subway experience. The quality of the food and service is hit-or-miss, depending on the mood of the staff and the day. Sometimes it's decent, but other times it's clear they're just going through the motions. The place itself is relatively clean, which is a plus. And, of course, it's super convenient for West Side residents who want a quick bite. But, unfortunately, the prices have crept up significantly over the past few years, without any noticeable improvement in quality. It's like they're charging more for the same old sandwich. Still, I guess it's a reliable option if you're in a pinch and need something fast.

Not impressed, ordered on the app and picked it up, got home and saw that one sandwich was wrong, brought it back like a normal person would do and the guy wearing his airpods was awful. We told him it was wrong and he got all pissy and started banging and throwing stuff, muttering stuff under his breath as we were right there, throwing the sub together. We had to correct him almost 5 times in the process of remaking it. and then not even a sorry gave us the sandwich and went to the back. Not very professional over a simple mistake. Do not recommend here.

Very unprofessional, kid wears his AirPods and yells at whoever he’s on the phone with the whole time. Ordered through Uber and was sent the notification my food was done, ended up waiting over half an hour for two subs.

This is honestly the most unprofessional and disgusting place ever. Went there to get two subs i ordered online and came home to find there was nothing on there except a single piece of lettuce and a pickle. I called them and they hung up on me so i went back and they started arguing with each other and calling me crazy in their native language. I responded back as i also speak their native language and i told them that they could either refund me or make a new one. When they started making a new one i stepped out and when i came back in, everything was put on the previous bread I received and they called me a liar. The girl working was crying and the guy working was throwing around the mop saying he had to leave by 7 when it was barely 6. Anyways i did not get a refund or a new sandwich and they threw away my previous subs. I contacted the manager and they said they would refund me the following day. I went and again i got yelled at and screamed at. Keep in mind im 17 and these are old men in their possible 30’s and they are swearing at me. The guy told me the corporate number was on the receipt so i called the number and it was the store number. They hung up on me again. Later i called the non emergency line to report the employees because the situation that happened with the guy throwing the mop around and the girl crying was definitely not acceptable. Then i called the business bureau because there has been many instances where they are sloppy in their work with people fighting in the back room and sleeping at the tables. Then i called the health department as there have also been instances where they aren’t changing their gloves after handling cash and touching the register and there have been ants crawling on the lettuce. I suggest everyone to stay away from this subway and report them.
