Worst subway experience ever took a subway and got charge for wrong product and extra 17$ when ask for refund they say they can’t provide once’s order punched
Never going back :- there were 2 server one philippine guy and one Indian girl worst service ever.

This isn’t the first time—it’s the several times they’ve ignored my request! It’s frustrating to pay for food and not have your preferences respected. Drive thru service was very slow, new carnivore sub was not on menu yet, when I asked for it he assumed and made a foot long. Did not try to up sale

If you don't go inside to order and be specific what you want , you will get only the minimum. Drive through is a joke .
Today I ordered a rice bowel . . Scant pieces of chicken , one slice of tomatoes quartered, not the extra tomatoes like I asked, onions sparingly , like three small pieces some spinach and 97% was rice. Rice is worth pennies and they charge.13.80 for this? Profits all on rice . Disgusting . Nothing reflects remotely their pictures . Never again. Never recommended .
It's a good day when Subway has sent out coupons in the mail. I took advantage of the savings.

Our subs were totally made incorrectly. We ordered off the app so we picked up and took our subs home. When we got home, our subs did not follow our customizations. I called to see if there was anything that could be done to compensate and I was told I had to bring the subs all the way back to the store so they could verify. Ridiculous. Management is horrible.
