I ordered Subway through DoorDash and received inedible food. When I went into the store to address it, the staff refused to take accountability, making excuses about being 'busy' as if that justifies serving garbage. After a long argument, they finally agreed to remake the order, but they clearly did it out of spite. The staff was visibly angry, and the second set of sandwiches was even worse than the first—tossed together messily and practically thrown at me. This isn't just bad food; it’s a total lack of basic human decency and professional standards. I will be contacting corporate. Avoid this location at all costs if you value your money and your blood pressure.

All young workers alone. Had my app order delayed more than half hour from original pick up time. Gave me a wrong order for every sub I ordered for 3 subs. I keep calling and no answer. It must be a millennial midset to avoid being professional and taking responsibility. AI for customer service on the app. No available real person to make this right. The last time I complained I just got I was sorry for an email for the same location gave me old bread.

Honest to god 55 min wait in line. Way understaffed. Nothing stocked, steak was less than half of what is normally used as they ran out. Veggies all wilted and frozen from the cooler. Young lady behind the counter was amazing while the other guy sauntered around blindly..... Super disappointing. Highly recommend visiting a different store for your subway needs.

Get your DoorDash shit in order, call if ur missing ingredients. My boyfriend just payed full price for 3 sandwiches with no cheese because the workers can’t communicate with their customers. Who the hell wants a pizza sub with no cheese???? Not me, but that’s what I got. Very disappointed.

I loved my experience here; the space is very clean and the customer service is amazing. The only reason for the 4-star rating is that the entrance was a bit confusing at first. Once inside, everything was great.

I would like to see them be not so cheap with items. The shredded cheese portion has gotten so small they use to use 2 oz on footlong. Now you are lucky to get 2 oz period! Store was very clean.

Worst subway experience ever took a subway and got charge for wrong product and extra 17$ when ask for refund they say they can’t provide once’s order punched

I love this Subway location and will not go anywhere else. Kish, Gurl, and Sam are fantastic people! They make me feel welcomed and are always happy. I appreciate them and all the hard work they do. My order is always perfect 🥰

“Extremely disappointed with my experience at this Subway. I specifically requested no pickles,and banana peppers but they added pickles to my sandwich again. This isn’t the first time—it’s the several times they’ve ignored my request! It’s frustrating to pay for food and not have your preferences respected. Clearly, attention to customer instructions is not a priority here. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.”
