Much much to say but it was just an average subway sandwich. Subway used to be so delicious in the 90s but has gone way downhill. They need to just go back to the simple basic $5 footlongs. If you're looking for an incredible sub, look elsewhere but if you just need something to fill your tummy...this does the trick.

I had a terrible experience at the Subway location on 3705 Mayor Magrath Dr S, Unit 15, on March 6 at around 7 o'clock. I ordered a 12-foot-long sandwich, and after the staff member assembled it, they carelessly tossed the sandwich aside next to the cash register with just a single napkin, without even placing it in a paper bag. I will never spend my money there again. It’s the worst place to buy Subway.

This made my day very comical. Avocado on the sub was almost non existent. I asked for more and she said it will be even more of a charge than I am already being charged for... Why are you penalizing customers for asking for a product you are offering? I didn't give her an avocado to put on it. It is a subway offering. You shouldn't offer avocado if you dislike serving it.

I had a frustrating experience and was an unpleasant customer. The gentleman working put in extra effort to recover the experience, and it was tremendously appreciated. He turned my day around. This one always has the best people. Sorry for being “that” customer.

why is it when you order delivery? you have to pay say 40% extra for your sub. I'm not talking about delivery fees or anything about that. I'm just curious why you guys tack on that much just for people to order online. what's the difference? is it harder?
