why is it when you order delivery? you have to pay say 40% extra for your sub. I'm not talking about delivery fees or anything about that. I'm just curious why you guys tack on that much just for people to order online. what's the difference? is it harder?

A little slow. Guy behind the counter had to repeat our order several times. Coffee machine broken. Not great.
