I’m not one to leave a bad review for no reason… but walk up the hill to the student union building if you want a subway sandwich, it’s worth it. You’ll wait in line for 5-10 minutes while they do all online orders first.
Did not ask me specific questions how I wanted the sandwich, had to stop her from toasting it, received 2 slices of tomato and (I’m not joking) a singular leaf of spinach. I always ask for avocado first before my other veggies to make it easier for them to spread it on the bread, but she put it on my chicken and barely spread it (??). I was also not done ordering my sauces/seasonings when she closed my sandwich and put it by the till. I was in too much of a disbelief at this point and decided I’d rather just leave. Cant believe I spent $8 for that

I wish I could give zero stars. I found *plastic* in my salad, which is unacceptable. The staff is incredibly rude and clearly not trained to handle a diverse range of customers. One of the employees—who may even be the manager (if so, I feel bad for the team)—consistently mistreats one of her coworkers, who happens to be a person of color. It's disturbing to witness. She also seems to discriminate against certain groups of people, which is beyond unprofessional. Overall, a disappointing and uncomfortable experience.

Every single time I go to this subway it makes me question my entire existence . The manager lady is trying but man is it pathetic, especially during lunch hour. The one worker just straight up refused to grill my wrap, forgot the rice, and then folded it goofier than a 3$ bill so everything perfectly spilled out. And multiple times over multiple visits. It's only saving grace is that it is tolerable in the evenings, bar the fact that you can only order through the boost app. 0/10 do not recommend.

My sandwich was soggy. I didn't order any sauce and I ate it 10 seconds after getting it. My bread was so small that the employee had completely squashed my bread by the end of it - and only ordered 2 different veggies yet they were sitting next to my sandwich when I unwrapped it. The service was slow, the employees didn't follow my instructions properly, and the sandwich was just gross.

When you order a sandwich, I’d like some sandwich with my sauce. It shouldn’t be sopping soggy after only a 10 minute walk to the dorms. I’ve Also ordered through boost multiple times now and they NEVER have followed it how I’ve ordered it either, missing cheese, toasted when it wasn’t supposed to be, the wrong bread, missing veggies or the wrong ones etc. they are always friendly and get it correct when I go in person which is why I’m disappointed when I order in boost because this is the one of 2 places the only food places you can order from past 7pm on the dinning plan. With how much money you’re putting in for the dinning plan you at least expect to get what you order.I worked at a subway through highschool, they do not follow the proper portions they either put way to much or barley any.

When I went there during almost close time, that woman seems like a boss who own the shop, I asked her if it is ok to order, she said that it was fine, but she was short of weight when adding vegetables, I was decent disappointed, I will remember that face all the time, since then I never order from them…

Staff at this location were not properly trained in the building of the 2x meat wraps. I'm sure they will improve with time.

Just another Subway location. They have messed up on my orders twice now. Lots of the staff are students at the U of L, so that is great. The food is good, the staff is nice, not much else to really say.
