Pretty good meal here, would rate 5 stars but it's Taco Bell so it seems wrong to rate it 5 stars. Fairly long wait last visit as doordash, skip the dishes and drive thru were taking priority over people standing there in person apparently.

The wait times are INSANE we have been waiting for almost 20 minutes for our food let alone waiting 10 minutes to even order our food it is insane and the costumer service is horrible genuinely and when we got our food finally half was poorly wrapped and the fries were put in upside down it’s absolutely bonker I waited that long for sloppy work.

I know this is a chain wide problem- But the food is so sad. The amount of meat on these tacos is pathetic. But the worst thing is I hit the drive thru, and they forgot the dipping sauce. And now I'm real sad with my taco and popcorn chicken with nothing to dip.

The service was not very good. We waited at least 10 minutes for the food. The bathroom was oh my goodness it was so bad. The tables were gross and dirty. They were not clean and it wasn’t even packed in there.

The Taco Bell on Colombia Blvd is 50/50. Some of those workers are the most arrogant people I have ever met. There are a couple that brighten it up, but HOLY. SKIP drivers are treated like garbage, although they are their primary source of income now
So disgusting the whole restaurant is dirty, yet it isn't busy. The bathroom is horrible. Someone peed all over the entire floor their was no soap and the toilet was plugged. Go somewhere else.

They don’t seem to know what the new menu items are. I ordered the pickle meal and they gave me all original items. Waste of money learn what the new items are when they come out.
