Out of all the Taco Time locations I have ever been to… This west location is always clean, and well maintained by the staff! Every time I have come in to order. The staff are so kind, thorough, and patient. I have had the pleasure to receive service from Jahida Alter. She does a fantastic job at her work. Her ethics and kindness is noteworthy enough to write a review about it as a passive costumer at this location!

I used to work at taco time, and I harshly judge each location by its wilted lettuce. This place has been pretty good. Can't say the same about other places in town. They taste the same regardless. But I will say this location has been noticeably friendlier than the others. They're also super cool about ordering vegetarian.

The staff are always disorganized. I come in on Tuesdays for lunch relatively often and there is never a staff waiting at the till. Often there is no one at the front at all. Sometimes the line staff will start taking your order and then the person who is supposed to be on till will take over halfway, leading to a confusing ordering process for both sides and potential for errors in your order. At busy times you may have to wait for minutes only for a staff member to hastily take your order with very poor service. It's just very disorganized and often understaffed. The air in the building is kept very cold too. Food is fine. Condiments and drinks are kept behind the till, would prefer them out for easy access. Would definitely recommend making the trip to the south side location instead.

The guy at the drive-thru window is an absolute Beauty! He always has a positive attitude, big smile on his face, and hard working. It’s great to see people working hard day and night to excel and better themselves. Big shout out to him, keep being you buddy!

I went to taco time today .. even it was taco Tuesday dining area was so clean the employees were so friendly .. they were working hard i loved their service its was excellent ❤️❤️
We went in tonight and choose to go to another establishment to eat. The server let us know they would not allow us to add onion to our tacos on taco Tuesday because they are too busy. I don't like the tacos without onion so I just won't go anymore. On top of that I had already considered not going to the west Lethbridge location anymore because it's been dirty with food all over all the tables and floor the past few times we have gone and was this time as well, we were going to take our food to go because how dirty it was. Instead we took our business elsewhere.

Food was OK not sure they understood what we were really asked for as some of our food what is wrong? I’m sure there is some language barriers there. The dining room looked like it hadn’t changed since the day. The place was built dust all over the fake flowers and old pictures from sponsorship probably from previous owners not the greatest atmosphere. Tables were dirty floor was dirty bathrooms are disgusting.

Tonight after work I went to taco time on the west side for the first time. Ordering a bunch of food to drop off to my family members The owner and cashier were so so incredibly friendly, curtious, accommodating and the food was amazing. They kindly gave me an extra apple enpanada which was so amazingly 👍 good..i am now addicted to those yummy apple enpanadas .( gentleman / owner with glasses)you said to me to come back if I liked the food. We'll I ❤️ loved the food. Loved your kind service and I will be back. As a future customer if reading this reveiw please try the taco time on the west side you will not be disappointed.
