The staff working (specifically on July 6, 202at about 8pm) were amazing. Super friendly. The gentleman with glasses working up front behind the counter came and brought an extra snack for our kids, and even brought our ordered food to our table for us. The food was also tasty, but nothing in comparison to the friendly people working here. Thank you for giving us another positive experience while we’re on vacation in Lethbridge.

Staff seemed nice and I haven’t been to a taco time in years so maybe it’s changed but I have never ordered a taco or burrito from them and not had sour cream or salsa on it and today me and wife’s orders had none and the food was bland as a result. If it’s to save money it seems kinda greedy seeing as there’s already not a lot of meat either

This was my first visit to this TacoTime. The service was excellent and friendly but I’m not impressed with the food. Very bland, no flavour at all. Just felt like I was eating taco shells. Isn’t the meat supposed to taste like taco meat? I’m used to having flavour in my food . I’ll try somewhere else.

Drive thru is one of the slowest I've experienced anywhere. Nearly 30 minutes in a drive thru is ridiculous

Worst Taco Time location in the city! Meat is extremely dry and overcooked, and the amount of meat they give you in your tacos is a complete joke! This particular location has different ownership than the other 3 in the city, and it shows. The other 3 locations are far better. I wouldn't go back to this location if the food was free!!

Almost every time I've ordered from here they've gotten my order wrong. I'm vegetarian, so I enjoy the refried bean burrito (when it's correctly delivered), but 4/5 times I've ordered they've sent me beef. Obviously I can't eat it, so it's just a waste of food and my time/money. This has happened so many times I'm honestly just done with this restaurant.
