Got the Carne Asada, it was really good. It was juicy and rich with flavour!
We recently dined at “Tacos Made in Mexico” and ordered two items: a three-piece chicken taco and a coconut-flavored atole. The atole was the highlight of our visit. It had a creamy texture, and the subtle coconut flavor made it a refreshing and enjoyable drink, striking the right balance of sweetness without being overwhelming.
Unfortunately, the chicken tacos were a letdown. The chicken itself was bland, lacking any noticeable seasoning that might have made it more flavorful. Additionally, the tortillas were dry and overcooked, which added an unpleasant texture to the meal. They tasted like they had been sitting out too long, and there was nothing in the tacos to enhance or balance the flavor. Even though the portion size seemed fair for the price, the taste and quality were far below expectations.
Overall, while we enjoyed the atole, the poor quality of the tacos overshadowed the meal. If we were to return, it would be solely for the atole, but not for the tacos. A restaurant focused on tacos should deliver a far better experience for its signature dish, and this one failed to do so.

Excellent, authetic Mexican cuisine. Best I've had in Canada. In-house made hot sauce (chilis in oil) has an excellent smoky taste (ancho?). Husband had the Aztec soup which was smoky and a bit of heat. The mole was a little sweet for my taste and had real chicken. Still 5 stars for autheticity. Mexican coffee waa excellent. Will be back next time we're passing through Lethbridge.
