Service was fairly quick but not going above and beyond or even that friendly or service-oriented otherwise. Got the food, burrito was so loose it was falling apart immediately. Couldn't tell you how the burrito was, wife had a few bites of the burrito bowl and said it was poorly constructed and didn't taste good. The kids cheese quesadilla wasn't even fully melted. By that time our kids were losing it so we just left the $40 meal there. Love taco time but never going back to this location.

I'm giving this 1 star across the board, I wish I could give 0.
I ordered some food for me and my girlfriend, and not only did it take over an HOUR for the food to arrive, with most of that time being at the restaurant itself, but it was cold, missing food, had incorrect items, and had to be reheated to be considered EDIBLE.
they forgot BOTH DRINKS, ALL HOT SAUCE, and the FOOD WAS DISAPPOINTING TO BEGIN WITH!!!
I can not, in a million years, recommend this place. I should have made it at home.

The lady that made my burrito never changed her gloves when leaving and returning to her station. She touched unsanitized surfaces (doors to the kitchen, garage can). She used her dirty gloves to make my food and used her hands to grab every ingredient instead of using the proper instruments (scoops and tongs). Truly disgusting.

Went back got a new beef and cheese burrito ate Ate half of it and more black hair in the burrito
They keep using that contaminated beef for everyone’s orders.
The lady who made the burrito’s had white hair Cashier has blonde brown.
Lady who did the refund had black hair.
