Horrible experience with the quality of naans and other food
Great Indian food. Excellent service. Very clean, you can see the cook working from the dinning room. Thank you guys.
I ordered (cocunut curry) for the first time from skip the dishes. There was no rice, no Naan bread, no napkins or utensils. It literally was sauce with 5 small pieces of chicken. I called and was told "that's how it comes" and was hung up on. Really disappointed for $15.
Truly the worst dining experience of my life: terrible service (inability to make recomendations - "everything is nice" - and very slow service), tiny potions (main dishes and twiglet kebabs), reheated kebabs and chicken tikka served - were hard and like rubber - (not freshly barbecued – most likely reheated in the microwave), the chicken chilli and karahi dishes lacked any taste – (the wrong mix of herbs and spices were used for these dishes). I have been making and eating Indian food all my life and this place was a serious disappointment. The sad thing is, Mr. Baljeet, the chap who served us was so ignorant and dismissive when I questioned him about the chicken tikka, that I felt offended. I will never make the mistake of returning to this place again and feel for other customers who erroneously think they are getting authentic east Indian food.
As a serious chilihead I’m always looking for “extra spicy” but this is the first place to make it hot enough for me. I ordered the lamb vindaloo and it was delicious. Apparently that’s how spicy they always make it. Glad I didn’t ask for “extra spicy “.
Great authentic Indian food!! 3rd time here and will always come back. Fast Indian food does not compare!!!
