So yummy! Huge portions. Had the steamed buns and kimchi ramen, both delicious.
It was amazing experience. The food was hot and delicious.
the service was great—very friendly and accommodating. The portions were huge, definitely good value. However, as vegetarians, we found the options quite limited, and the taste was a bit underwhelming. Despite that, the staff was really welcoming, and the place was clean and well-maintained.
I ordered the Jjajangmen yesterday and was given raw noodles. I opted for a to go order and chose not to get a receipt. I called to get some form of compensation for the raw food I was given and was told because their policy is to have a receipt, they couldn’t do anything. This was just a way to escape responsibility, as I have the bank statement and they the receipt themselves. Horrible and deceptive business practice, you've lost a customer. I would advise other not to shop from here as the quality and quantity of their meals vary.
Pickup time was super long, they told me to wait 2 minutes but i waited more than 25 minutes. Atleast tell honestly how long the wait would be. I could have done some other stuff meanwhile.
First timers. This place is great quality food. The service is as good as the food. Top notch. An absolute must try to everyone.
We will 100% be back.
Taro Noodle Soup offers a mixed experience, leaning towards average. The restaurant itself is clean and has a pleasant, minimalist ambiance, creating a relaxed setting for a casual meal, although the decor is somewhat unremarkable. On the positive side, the service was notably good; the staff members were friendly, attentive, and efficient, always ensuring our needs were met promptly and with a smile. This high level of service significantly contributed to a welcoming atmosphere. However, the culinary aspect of the visit left much to be desired. I opted for the Dan Dan ramen, which, despite its appealing presentation, was a letdown in terms of taste and preparation. The noodles were noticeably undercooked, resulting in a chewy texture that detracted from the overall enjoyment of the dish. Furthermore, the soup lacked the robust and savory depth expected of a good ramen; instead, it tasted rather bland and uninspired. The inclusion of an excessive amount of carrots didn’t help either, as they seemed out of place and detracted from the other components of the dish. While the value for money might be acceptable for some, considering the less-than-stellar food quality, it felt a bit overpriced. Overall, Taro Noodle Soup has potential, mainly due to its great staff and inviting ambiance, but improvements to the food are essential to elevate the dining experience and encourage a return visit.
Tried the Kurama ramen here and it was incredible. Will definitely be back for more!
Best soup in town! We've tried many different ones. Never disappointed!
We’re told 35 minuite wait….the wait was 1.5 hours. Insane.

Food was really good, HUGE portions we could barely finish. Server was very kind and the atmosphere very welcoming. We will be back!
absolutely amazing
I scheduled an important business meeting for lunch last Monday. The dining room was busy however I could wait patiently at the counter and watch out the expansive glazing for my guest. We took a table for two next to a window for some privacy. The Service was top-notch and made us feel welcomed. The food was impeccable completely distracting me from business at hand. Afterwards, I just signed the papers and left with take-out bowls because the portions were gratuitously plus-sized. I will recommend Taro Noodle House for any occasion.
The bento box was served just on a plate with no sushi and only 3 items and miso soup was an extra charge.
Usually a bento box comes with much better variety and soup and in ………a box
Was disappointing
Coming from Vancouver, this place was the only Asian cuisine restaurant that reminded me of home! Top quality ingredients, and the Ramen is amazing!
