I have been going here since this place opened and always have had the highest level of service with some of the best bubble tea in town.However, my visit just now I ordered a halo halo dessert and was served something distantly resembling a desert I know. The times I’ve bought the delicious halo halo before, it always was served in a bowl with toppings on top. This time it’s some ice cream with very sparse toppings swimming in a cup. I asked the staff about this with an promotional image of the halo halo from your instagram, to better illustrate what I had gotten before and was asking about - and was met with complete disinterest in any mediation of this simple problem. I was told something along the lines of “we don’t have that anymore, this time we put it in a cup, that’s what it is”. No attempt of customer satisfaction was made It felt strange and bitter to come from a place I’ve been to so many times and have only been met with kindness. It was truly weird and for $9.99 plus tax a cup of ice cream with a few chunks isn’t halo halo dessert, it’s some overpriced liquid.Disappointed and contemplating not returning.

The only reason it isn't five stars is it would be nice if there was an ingredient list for the menu items. Some food restrictions are voluntary, but some are serious health issues. Also the store was a bit chilly...Dietary restrictions: It was hard to know what was safe to order as there was no ingredient list available.

After extensive research we found out that this lovely place had Bingsu so we stopped in and tried a couple of flavors out. They were both excellent!!We will be back to try more Bingsu and a KDog or two!!

Found the snacks and baked goods to be a bit over priced all though was surprised by the sellection, definitely more options than I expected.Great drink selection, some unique to the store or brand. Was almost a bit overwhelmed. A section of the counter it's self is dedicated add-ons - including various fruit.Found the drink pricing reasonable and good portions. Went to this place with a friend looking forward to have bubble tea. I ordered two drinks for my kid sister and I, and I tipped 20%, and I got the wrong drink, the girl didn’t mix our drinks but did for the customer after us, didn’t ask our ice level, sugar level, or anything. Our drinks were so bad we had to throw it out, even my sister’s. Honestly for the price they’re charging, it doesn’t make sense why it was such low quality. It wasn’t even busy so she had no rush cause we were the only customers, and then one more after 5 minutes. Comparing services, I get why people order at Hannki instead.

The milk tea is maybe the best I've ever had and the food is amazing.Nothing much else to say, it's just great, especially for the reasonable price point.
Best Boba tea I ever had, the bubbles are always soft and fresh and generous. Try their korn dog with mozza it’s bomb and made fresh for the order! The new stuffed cookie is filled with nutella and so soft it’s a dream. Great service and collecting points add up real quick to free orders so don’t miss out on that (they just need your phone number, no cards for it).

Used to be my favourite place in town for boba and the korean dogs but had an absolutely awful experience today that's making me debate ever going back.You used to be able to get 2 condiments included with the kdog, now you have to pay $1 after the first one which would be fine if the mustards I got weren't absolutely pathetic. Got a full small deli cup of the sriracha mayo and a dinky little fast food dip cup for the honey mustard and a cheap plastic one made for hotdogs for the regular mustard. Both would have been gone in two bites, not worth the extra money. Used to get those filled in a full deli cup, now it's a rip off. When you set a standard for quality, you should warn the customer when it changes for the worse.The cashier rang up the total wrong went from $16 to $22, I had to tell her as she didn't even noticed she almost ripped me off again.Then what should have taken 5-10 minutes to make the kdogs ended up taking 20+ minutes. By the time I got them they weren't hot, barely even warm but I didn't have the time to wait another 20 min for the only worker to make them again.After, she didn't even give me a proper box for them, she just threw them on a piece of half of a cheap cardboard container and in a paper bag. I had to ask twice for a proper take out container.There was dust and hair in the container that I had to pick out before she just about put my kdogs on top of it. Gross and disgusting.The whole time this girl was looking at me like I was crazy for wanting a proper take out container and proper dips that I paid extra for.After all that I couldn't even speak to a manager as apparently no one knows when they are going to be in.So I'm leaving this review hoping someone will see it as I'm unable to contact anyone in the shop or on the phone.I'm incredibly disappointed and frustrated. This place used to be my favourite for getting drinks and food and now I don't know if I'd go back if this is the kind of service I can expect.
