Went out for supper with friends and family for a birthday dinner. Atmosphere was warm and welcoming and our server, Ganesh, was friendly and attentive! We felt very welcomed there! Excited to go back again!
While Telegraph has a great location and we have had some great memories there, it just is not what it used to be. We had a terrible experience last year, and then we decided to try again as we have attachment to the place. It was again terrible.
Our time there last year ended with up getting up and walking out as the server gave us no acknowledgement. After some time we were brough menus and said nothing to us. We sate for another 10 or so minutes waiting to order a drink. After waiting a bit longer we decided to get up and leave. They clearly did not care about our table.
Our final experience last month was not much better. We sat at the bar this time hoping to get better service. The female bartender was quite nice and great. We ordered a drink each and an appetizer. I LOVE cider and particularly the Little Gem Cider. I was so excited to get it. When I received my drink it was flat and just NOT good. I asked if it was bottom of the keg and they said no. Now possibly it was flat because they added ice and let it sit too long before giving it to me. The male server told me I must not drink cider because it is ALWAYS flat like that. I tried to tell I drink it and have also purchased the little gem cider, it should not be flat. They took my cider and dumped it down the drain. I asked for a different beer and it was fine. When we got the bill, they had charged me $11 for the cider they dumped down the drain and told me it was just because I didnt like it. We did not order any other food as we felt super uncomfortable with the manager and the male server.
I did reach out to Little Gem and they have confirmed the cider should never be flat. I reached out to Telegraph and have had zero response. Super unfortunate as we have personal memories at Telegraph, but we wont be back.

The food was absolutely delicious! The service was super friendly and welcoming. It's a cozy little spot with limited indoor seating, but that just adds to the charm – the perfect place to kick back, savor some great food, and enjoy their excellent selection of beers on tap! Highly recommend! 😊

Been going to Telegraph casually for many years, but becoming more of a regular lately. The beer selection is elite compared to other pubs in the city. The food is fantastic, good quality, diverse with lots of GF options. Anna and Ganesh’s service is always incredible. Great beer, great food and even better service makes Telegraph my favourite spot in the city.

We came in the summer time for some nachos and they were fantastic so we returned to have them again and they were absolutely disgusting! Half the size and the beef was burnt to a crisp. Server was slow and didn't seem to know much about what was on tap. My wife and I were very disappointed and will not return.
