The Canadian Brewhouse (Lethbridge)

The food isn't Great. It's ok. The pizza was very cool. No S&P. Some places don't need it, but this pizza did. No P cheese or chili's. Pork rib app was good. That's about it. Not really a winner but I hate cold pizza that ai paid 30 for.

We use the Canadian Brewhouse App. Excellent food, excellent service and an excellent App to facilitate our visit.

The restaurant was understaffed. There was a concert in town and being close to the venue, they didn't staff accordingly. The waitress sloshed one of our drinks (which ended up being flat a flat pop that needed to be replaced) onto the table when she put it down and just walked away. We told a host who came by and she said “I'll let your server know” and we waited over 10 minutes with the mess sitting on the table before she came back. She was not at all apologetic. One of our party ordered the special which was a steak with seasonal veggies and mashed potatoes. The meal was delivered with just meat and veggies and no potatoes. We had to ask for the potatoes. Overall.... Not great. We won't be back.

We booked for bowling for my son's birthday. The group before us went over time, so we ended up starting a half hour late, which was a bit annoying. Food was good and came very fast, but we'd asked for them to time it for after and it came while kids were still bowling, so ended up being cold when they finished. We switched tables partway through (because of the bowling thing) and servers were friendly but so so (took a little while to get cutlery or waters etc). Overall was fine and kids had fun but a few glitches.

Made a reservation but another group had come in and taken are reserved table. The staff quickly pushed some tables together for us, however, I feel they should have checked to make sure it was the right party before seating them

Our tables was ready when we arrived, the hostess was cheerful and friendly. Our server, Paige, was excellent. We always had something to drink and kept our table clear of finished dishes. The lobster was great as was the Mac and Cheese.

I’ve been coming to The Canadian Brewhouse in Lethbridge for years. It used to be one of my go-to spots — I would come every weekend, then monthly, and now only occasionally. Sadly, the service has really gone downhill.

The prices are fair and the food is still good, but the servers don’t seem well trained anymore, and the overall experience just isn’t what it used to be. I really miss the old staff who made this place feel welcoming and consistent.

Horrible time tonight at the brewhouse. My first experience wasn’t good either but I thought I would give it another shot with some friends. The waitress had a horrible attitude as soon as she came to the table and threw the menus at me and my friends. The tables were dirty and sticky. Sports blasting so loud you can’t talk, and they just keep switching it from music to sports. It then took about 20-30 min for her to even come back and ask us what we would like to order before knocking over my water into my lap and soaking me and my phone. She brought me a couple napkins and a dirty rag from behind the bar and didn’t even clean the water up off the floor. I recently had a foot surgery and now got to navigate around water on the floor. Flies constantly landed on our drinks and food. The cups were dirty around the rims. My chicken parm was pretty good but when they brought it to the table they brought no cutlery at all for my pasta, my friend had to ask the bartender for a fork even though the waitress could see we had no cutlery. When she cleared the table she didn’t even ask my friend if he was done and just took his food while he was still eating his fries.To not even get some sort of discount on the meal when the service was one of the worst I have ever seen and covered me in water. Then to find out that tipping is mandatory and no option for no tip??? Absolutely absurd for the horrible service. Hoping this place shuts down as the people working there clearly hate it and don’t want to be there. Go literally anywhere else for your meal. Horrible value for money. ( Update to the review, I noticed that the owner reaches out to multiple people providing an email to “address the issues” he does not in fact reply to the emails as I sent one two weeks ago. He just replies to the reviews to try to save face for the horrible service, steer clear and give your money to someone who actually cares.)

We visited The Canadian Brewhouse on Tuesday, September 30 at around 8:30 PM, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. Right from the entrance, we walked past several dirty tables that hadn’t been cleared or cleaned, which set a poor tone.

The service was quite slow. While our server did take our order, there was no follow-up to ask how the food was or if we needed anything else. It was difficult to even find a server when we needed one, as they seemed more focused on chatting at the front than attending to guests.

To top it off, I was charged twice for a soda. When I asked for a refund, instead of processing it back to my original payment method, the manager gave me $4 in coins - something I’ve never experienced in any restaurant before.

Overall, the visit was disappointing and not worth what we paid. We won’t be coming back....

Very Nice

Came in for the Bluejays game. Our waitress halie was awesome, she changed the TV screen for us and went out of her way to get answers for our menu questions

Came to watch the baseball game. Halie was a fantastic server, she was very helpful answering any questions, she was happy to change the channel on the TV for us, was super friendly and gave us a great experience! We will be back!
