I am a big fan of boxing and always come to the brew house to watch fights with many of my friends. I had a very unpleasant experience today. I called the brew house and asked if they are showing one of the boxing events happening and one of the employees said that he will need to check with his manager. I called two hours later and spoke with the staff and they confirmed that they will show the fight. I confirmed the EXACT fight and made them aware that this is a paper view event. They confirmed and told me that they will have it on. I get there with 8 friends and asked them to put it on. They said they can't. Manager was very rude about it and blamed it on the head office. I informed the manager that I called twice, confirmed the exact event, informed them that it is a paper view event, booked a reservation, and once I get there, they get defensive. Absolutely terrible way for the staff to handle it.

We visited Lethbridge for a hockey game. Preordered food for the kids for 430 (ordered two days prior), didn't see a server til 515 and some kids didn't get their food/drinks til 630. We were told at 505 when we asked if we had a server that they were waiting for night staff to come on. Had to get our own drinks and hand out our own cutlery. One server for a group of 40+. Management didn't show face or apologize. Our server was kind but way too much for one person to handle. Very poor planning, next time don't accept a reservation if you're ill prepared to manage it.

Meal took 1.5 hours to serve, I ordered bacon wrapped hotdog, I got a hotdog with a piece of cold bacon slapped next to it, yam fries were tasty but cold. Maybe have a few less people and better service. Our waitress was amazing and tried her best.

It was my first "Tomahawk" event but it probably won't be the last. Everything went without a hitch. The steak was exceptional in flavour and tenderness. Service was good, efficient and non-invasive. It's a loud pub but not uncomfortably.
Steak night is not what it used to be. I hav gone probably the last 10 times. This one unfortunately will be the last for our group. We had to send one steak back for looking horrible and being well well well done when ordered medium. My medium rare came medium if not well done, bathroom light didn't work, toilet didn't flush. Took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get our steaks once ordered. Not the same as it used to be.

Steak night as always is delish!! I think this place is the only place in town that knows how to cook a steak! The service tonight was not as great as it usually is. Disappointed they didn't have much options for non-alcoholic options other than the normal pop, Pina colada, strawberry daiquari and Caesars.

We went there for a gathering of friends for your wing night special. We had great food and the service was fantastic. The background noise wasn't too bad as we could talk to each other in normal voices and didn't have to yell. A great place to go.

They do not pay attention. They leave the basement open as overflow and let people go and sit down there, 1 hour later no servers come to offer menus or drinks and yet they still serve other tables in the same area
