My friend had a bad allergic reaction, she’s allergic to nuts but they served that to them anyways after they told them they were allergic.

Had an out of body experience but in a bad way. As a person with a nut allergy you think it would be a safe option buying the caesar rap especially after reading the ingredient list and seeing no nuts, but no even after asking if it would be safe the employees handed me the wrap. After consuming i started drowning in hives and diarrhea and to my surprise i ask again and sure enough… cashew sauce was in it. they did it on purpose extremely irresponsible to not accommodate for one of the most popular allergies!

SO IRRESPONSIBLE! I don’t usually write reviews but my friend had an allergic reaction to the cashew sauce in their caesar wrap (which wasn’t EVEN INDICATED to include cashews) even after she said she had an allergy to nuts and cashews specifically. After letting them know she had a reaction due to their mistake, she was offered NO compensation and they told her that she was at fault.

My daughter loves this place! She goes every Saturday morning for a breakfast sandwich and a water kiefer. They have gotten to know her by name and are always welcoming and so friendly. They are dog friendly as well. She took me her last weekend and we had a piece of pie and water kiefer, never thought I would enjoy kiefer but the kiefer bar with all the flavours are delicious! It is so nice to see such a great option for plant based options.
My fav plant based choice in Lethbridge. Such great food and drinks, welcoming staff and a very cool space to browse. Love it here! Thanks for being awesome! 🌱

In general t's hard to find healthy, delicious plant based food but they make it easy with their menu. The staff are also some of the nicest people in Lethbridge and will remember you when you come in. They offer great recommendations and can tell you all about healthy living.
