I went to this location after I had a terrible day, and the excellent staff noticed that I was having a bad day and was very empathetic and super friendly. the coffee and Boston cream donut were very good, the donut was fresh out of the oven and the coffee was freshly brewed. Thank you heritage Timmie’s for making me feel welcome in your store!

Hello, current Tim Hortons employee from another location. I ordered my usual farmers wrap and coffee, but was charged for 2 farmers wrap. I looked at what other people have said and it seems to be a growing trend. The employees at the walk-in tills are overly confident about their orders and will not double check with the customers. It's either that or they do not fully pay attention to their screens.
I understand your focus is always at the drive thru but customers inside, be they ordering at the mobile kiosks or in person up front, matter. There are other locations that they can choose to go to. Please be responsible for these issues or else they may never choose to come to this location. Thank you.

I’m a regular at this Tims in the evenings, especially through the drive-thru, and I want to give a shoutout to Diljot, John, and Jeff. They’re always super friendly, quick, and consistent. Even when it’s busy, they greet you with a smile and get everything right. Their service honestly makes my evenings better. Great team!

I was left waiting at the till to order along with the 4 others behind me. The manger was talking to customers at a table. Finally she called for help at the front. That took a moment. Asked for a heated muffin. Repeated the request twice. Did not get it heated. The manager had to tell her to heat it again. Meanwhile, a disappointed drive through customer came in. Numerous people seemed to be there working but customers couldn’t get good service. Had to wonder why the manager didn’t get behind the counter and serve people rather than tell me this was a good opportunity to yell at her staff. Not sure I am looking to return here after all there are many Tim’s in town.
