2 nights ago we went to this store quarter to 2am to to get some drinks and donut, we understand that it’s really too late but your store operates 24hrs that night, we came to the drive thru and no one talked to us we’re even say “hello” to the board, but we wait for more seconds because we think that the staff is making order and only to found out that there’s no vehicle in-front of us, so I decided to ask my friend if she can check the store hours in the map and after I asked my friend to check it, I think the staff heard it and asked us what is our order out of nowhere. what we don’t more understand is how she made our order it feels like it was expectation vs reality, Tims North Magrath what happen we don’t get it for free so I hope next time you put a staff that can give us the right order and service that every costumers deserved, and a “nice staff” that has a smile on the face please!
