I’m an avid coffee drinker who doesn’t frequent this location due to lack of service and quality I’ve come to enjoy with Tim Hortons donuts.in what part of Canada does one go to Tim Hortons DONUTS !!!!!! And they have run out of donuts or Tim bits the corner stone of their business.its unacceptable hat Tim Hortons has gotten to this point.this establishment will not get or will ever get my business again.I give it one star because I can’t go any lower.

You need to fix the screen so the customer knows you heard them correctly AND the employee needs to STOP interrupting the customer when they are giving you their order. Nov 25/24. Stopped in the restaurant to order and it took 2 people to screw up my order that took 10 minutes to fix. This does not include the 8 minutes it took the guy after me to get a coffee and muffin. I will be going elsewhere.

Customer service was horrible, they barely spoke a comprehensible word and they were rude and aggressive when handing me my food, when I received my food it was clearly poorly made and they rushed me through the drive through, will only be going to the south side Tim Hortons now.
It’s Tim Hortons. It’s great. But you don’t go to Tim’s for the atmosphere, you go for fast affordable coffee. This location usually has a busy drive through but they serve very quickly and efficiently!
