Went there tonight at 10 and ordered a pizza, was told they are no longer serving any food. This is the second time this happened, last time was at 9:30. The store shows as open until 11. Both times I went to the Heritage Tim's and got my food no problem. Skip this one and go right to Heritage.

Went through drive thru because Tims in other location gave me a wrong drink, the lady who was working that day was really nice and understanding. Replaced my drink with what i needed.

I usually come here for lunch, it's a busy location lot's of student's everytime. You will feel bad for the staff, but instead you'll see them having fun. I ordered my drinks saw a 😊 in my coffee lid, makes my day!

Every time I go to this location I am disappointed, the service is terrible the people are so rude. They will shove things out the window into my face even when I say “please give me a moment” they also have tried to skim me in my change at times and they always happen to be out of everything. The service at this location is terrible and I wish something could be done about it.

I often come to this branch, and I’m never disappointed with the quality of food and drinks I receive. My drinks are always made correctly, my lattes filled all the way to the top. I appreciate the staff’s friendliness, and I never wait too long for my order to be taken or for my order to be served. 10/10, recommend.
Recently went to this Tim Hortons about 30 minutes ago. There was a young Indian girl, slim, wore (I think) clear framed glasses... But definitely wore glasses....
Had a MAJOR attitude issue. Very rude to me right off the bat, without any reason needed to be, towards me. All I did was tell her was my order. It was quite upsetting and VERY unprofessional. Slamming food down on the counter.
I wanted to go inside and give her a reality check, but I didn't. She NEEDS to learn how to be a professional, and she need to learn SELF DISCIPLINE.
She shouldn't be in her kind of role if she is going to treat people like that.
