I ordered a frozen quencher in this tim hortons at around 6:10PM (Nov 3). The frozen quencher was watery and it was lacking a lot on the whipped topping. Due to this I asked for it to be remade and the person that remade it had an attitude on me and insisted that the consistency was supposed to be the way it is. When it was remade, she didn’t apologize nor asked if the issue regarding my drink was fixed— instead she walked away hoping I would just accept the drink she gave me. I suggest that your worker should be taught better customer service because this is unacceptable for someone who is paid to serve a customer.

Went through the drive through and waiting 5 minutes while the lady was taking orders of other people and completely forgot about the lane I was in, didn’t apologize for the wait and taking my order kept messing it up and this is what I got.. what happened to Tim’s it’s not the same anymore.. so sad

So me and my kids went to go eat here and then we saw flies, but this was not the first time want to go tell the lady the employee and then she just move clean it up clean but no she did not even care if she was laughing like she would go to the back and laugh pretending she wasn’t and then we went to go ask another person and he was like oh so sorry and the lady was right there laughing great area
