Staff here is always friendly and smiling when I walk in. They know my order already and have it ready for me as soon as I walk through the doors. Very efficient and clean location.

Told me I couldn't order 30 Timbits because they only come in packs of 10, 20 and 50.

This is the only Tim's that I can order inside and not feel like a bother. Everywhere else focuses on drive thru and I wait 2 to 3 minutes. Here is always happy to serve the restaurant promptly. Feels so much better!

Popped into Tim Hortons for lunch today, hoping for a quick and comforting meal, but it was a letdown. The ambiance was so-so, with a few tables needing a wipe-down. Service was indifferent, nothing special. The chili, which I usually enjoy, was a watery disaster. It tasted diluted and lacked the usual hearty flavor; it was like they stretched it with too much water, resulting in a thin, soupy mess. Considering the watery chili, it didn’t feel like a good value. Overall, a disappointing lunch, and I’ll probably skip the chili next time.

Showed up at 9:47pm hoping for some warm food (like some pizza) just to be told “sorry we shut off our ovens” is there anything else we can get you, even though they don’t close for another hour definitely won’t be going back anytime soon and won’t be recommending this place to anyone
And to make things funnier they can’t try to say oh we like to take time to clean the oven bc guess what panago is right across and they serve pizza all day and it doesn’t take an hour and 15minutes to clean a little oven 😂 what a joke

guy did not know what i was talking about and i had to repeat what i wanted 10 times, i had asked for a sausage and egg biscuit and they gave me what i wanted... but on a bagel. and when i bit into it i found a long hair inside. please fire all these curry munchers

It's TOO BAD the cook does not pay attention to the screen to know how to prepare my order. 50% of the time I have to take it back as they don't double toast my English muffin as I have requested.

Since RBI took over years ago, service has declined year over year. You feel like cattle in the drive thru and all they care about is taking your money and getting you off the window pad. So I go inside, if the manager isn't there my wrap is actually grilled and not wrapped while walking to the counter to slap it down and have it open up while on the takeout stand.
I ask myself everytime I go "why am I spending 10+ dollars here every morning to be treated like cattle, just to fund some owners' retirement investment, when I could support local and have quality food AND quality service."
I would much rather wait longer for food that somewhat resembles the pictures, but, maybe my standards are too high. Maybe my standards are too high because I worked for 10 years for an owner who cared more about service than speed, albeit under the TDL system.
No more second chances, this local business owner will be supporting closer to home, from now on.
