Showed up at 9:47pm hoping for some warm food (like some pizza) just to be told “sorry we shut off our ovens” is there anything else we can get you, even though they don’t close for another hour definitely won’t be going back anytime soon and won’t be recommending this place to anyone
And to make things funnier they can’t try to say oh we like to take time to clean the oven bc guess what panago is right across and they serve pizza all day and it doesn’t take an hour and 15minutes to clean a little oven 😂 what a joke

guy did not know what i was talking about and i had to repeat what i wanted 10 times, i had asked for a sausage and egg biscuit and they gave me what i wanted... but on a bagel. and when i bit into it i found a long hair inside. please fire all these curry munchers

It's TOO BAD the cook does not pay attention to the screen to know how to prepare my order. 50% of the time I have to take it back as they don't double toast my English muffin as I have requested.

Since RBI took over years ago, service has declined year over year. You feel like cattle in the drive thru and all they care about is taking your money and getting you off the window pad. So I go inside, if the manager isn't there my wrap is actually grilled and not wrapped while walking to the counter to slap it down and have it open up while on the takeout stand.

I ask myself everytime I go "why am I spending 10+ dollars here every morning to be treated like cattle, just to fund some owners' retirement investment, when I could support local and have quality food AND quality service."

I would much rather wait longer for food that somewhat resembles the pictures, but, maybe my standards are too high. Maybe my standards are too high because I worked for 10 years for an owner who cared more about service than speed, albeit under the TDL system.

No more second chances, this local business owner will be supporting closer to home, from now on.

I go there daily, 9 times out of 10 they get it wrong in the drive thru. 8 times outta 10 wrong inside to. Used to be one of the best ones around

I went through the drive thru and order a few coffees and breakfast sandwiches, along with a pepperoni pizza.
They were serve everything quickly except the pizza(which I already knew I'd have to park in front and wait for someone to bring it out)
I waited 12 min before wondering what was going on and why it wasn't ready yet. I went inside and saw the pizza sitting on the counter(getting cold) and it wasn't even sliced up or boxed yet.
The staff was busy filling drive thru orders for the vehicles that had been behind me and came after me. I asked the person at the till what was going on and why my pizza was just sitting there?
They finally cut it up and boxed it for me but It wasn't very good being warm and not hot and it a bad experience at Tim Hortons.
This location isn't a very good one and I've had issues In the past with asking for a cup of ice water after ordering $19 worth of food for me and the kids. The response and answer to getting the kids some water(on a day when it 31 degrees outside) was "water isn't free"
After I told them that I just ordered food and was inside the restaurant eating and would like ice water for a 4 year old was that "it's not free before noon"
I asked the cashier what her name was so I could make a complaint to HQ online and she put her hand over her name tag and hid it from me.
Tim Hortons is a daily stop for me and my family and I enjoy the coffee and food they have I just try my best and hardest to not go to this location.

"Disappointing Experience at Tim Hortons

Today, August 3rd, around 2 pm, I had a poor experience at the 2679 Scenic Dr N, Lethbridge, Alberta Tim Hortons. A staff member was aggressive and dismissive when I pointed out missing items in my large order. She refused to help me resolve the issue or correct my order. Her behavior was unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected.

As a loyal customer, I expect better treatment. I hope Tim Hortons will address this issue and ensure customers receive respect and kindness. stars"

Had a problem with mobile order:
Ordered at 10pm and received confirmation email that I can collect it at 10:13pm. Arrived at ~10:25 just to hear that they already washed and packed everything and I won’t receive any food(only donuts were available), even though this location should work till 11pm.
Not to blame the staff cause they work hard and done a good job when I came again today, but such situation could have been easily avoided by notifying me via email or declining my order.

The more I go here the worse the service and food gets, the staff have no pride in their work, and the owner doesn’t seem to care that the staff is struggling, I have found that being a paying customer who comes into the store I get ignored because staff is to busy filling skip the dish orders.
