Shoutout Legacy tims! I called and asked for a donation for our local club. The supervisor was excellent in getting it organized even with the manager off duty and helped me on short notice. It means so much and our club was so grateful for the treat!

For some reason their sugar dispensers are always empty. I ordered a Medium Triple-Triple and got one without any sugar so had to go back through drive-thru to reorder it and the second one too has no sugar in it again. I got too embarrassed to go back the third time for something I paid my money for so I dumped the coffee. Similar thing has happened to me in the past with the coffee how hard is it for the workers to press literally 4 buttons on the machine and it was not even a busy time.

0 STARS! 0 STARS 0 STARS! NOT ONE MANAGER HAS TRIED TO FIX THINGS EITHER ! 0 STARS! The mistakes that happen here all the time, are just remarkable. Most times you forget the sauce. Or you add cheese,.to my NO cheese order. Or I pay for an espresso shot in my drink and most times I dont get one. Honestly, enough is enough. I just paid money for this. No sauce. You must have taken off the egg and therefore my sauce. Why are we buying this stuff anymore I just don't even know.
EDIT: DELIVERY ORDER I just received today! (AUGUST 26 2025) My coffee did not have the espresso shot I paid $1.50 for. Our food was cold cold cold. The cheese on my wrap was still cold. Honestly, if I could give you 0 stars, I would. I spend my money every day and you guys always mess it up. Please hire people that care enough about the food tha we aren't all complaining
