Coming to this Tim Hortons has always been a good experience. The atmosphere is always welcoming whether it’s 5 in the morning or 9pm. The odd times when I get wrong items the staff efficiently fix the problem while continuing to be friendly.
Wanted to finally leave a positive review, as I come here lots and is never disappointed:)

I picked up a very yummy French vanilla coffee today. When making chocolate icing I use this cooled down coffee as my liquid. It makes my cake so delicious.

Terrible service! Put in a mobile order and they didn’t have the product I ordered so when I spoke with staff they told me I had to cancel on the mobile app. The app support said the store had to refund me. I called the store and they said the manager would call next day. No one called for two days so I called and spoke with the manager who promised to put something extra in the refund because I had drive a half hour away from my house. Got there and they had nothing extra for me. What a run around. When I showed up at the store no one was at the counter and ignored me for 10 minutes. Terrible service all the way around!

It's Tim Hortons. They haven't screwed up my order yet at this location so that's a plus but they do want to charge an extra 50 cents for extra cream in my wife's ice cap, some other locations don't charge for that and like, it's only 50 cents but that adds up!

Drive thru usually moves pretty decently and staff are generally friendly my only real complaint is the extra charges compared to other locations.

Oh, and you need a garbage accessible from the drive thru. Seriously, why did these all disappear?

Ordered Chilli......it was like water.
The wait time was ridiculous. The cashier could barely speak English and could only point to the cash screen.
We were going to dine in but decided to go home and eat with real cutlery not cardboard spoons and knives.
Terrible service! Won't be back.
