Me and my friend order a coffee. I tried to get some help but the staff were rude and not interested in listening. It felt like I was bothering them just by asking a simple question. No one took responsibility or tried to fix the issue. Definitely not the kind of service you expect from a professional business. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Don’t know how to handle customer worst service i have ever seen first they make wrong order and then in frustation start behaving rudely

Everytime I order with them, they never have what I order. My complaint is that if they get don’t have it, it shouldn’t be listed in the self service station or there should be a sign up stating that they’ve run it that particular order. They also get my orders wrong and when I try to complain, they brush it off. It needs new staff

I just picked up my order and mentioned to one of the employees that my food didn’t look the same as it did when I ordered it before. Instead of handling it professionally, another employee started laughing at me, which was very disrespectful. The staff were also quite rude overall!!! definitely not the kind of service I expected from Tim Hortons.

Had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. Ordered two teas, and both were not hot enough. Also got the chicken loaded wrap, which was extremely cold, and the chicken seemed undercooked. The portion size was also very small for the price. Spent $25 on wraps and tea, and it definitely wasn’t worth it. Hope they improve their food quality and temperature control.

I go to this Tim Hortons every weekday for my coffee and treat. All the staff is above amazing. Basil is always so happy, upbeat and fun. He completely stands out. It makes my day brighter when Basil is on shift!! Best Tim’s in the city.

Oski named server was so rude with me if you can’t handle too many customers close of hire more staff.

I had an unrealistic experiment, as I asked the guy to ask the girl who’s making the sandwiches to change her gloves, as the sandwiches station was so messy and she was making pizza as well and I have allergies from chees and she touched the screen and she screamed loudly in her language who said that. Please let your team members to understand food and safety satisfaction because it matter and tell them to change their attitude.
