I go to this Tim Hortons every weekday for my coffee and treat. All the staff is above amazing. Basil is always so happy, upbeat and fun. He completely stands out. It makes my day brighter when Basil is on shift!! Best Tim’s in the city.

I had an unrealistic experiment, as I asked the guy to ask the girl who’s making the sandwiches to change her gloves, as the sandwiches station was so messy and she was making pizza as well and I have allergies from chees and she touched the screen and she screamed loudly in her language who said that. Please let your team members to understand food and safety satisfaction because it matter and tell them to change their attitude.

As someone who has worked at Tim Hortons in the past, I was deeply disappointed by my recent experience. I ordered potato wedges online, but they arrived overly crispy and practically inedible. Hoping for better luck, I returned to have them replaced. However, instead of addressing my concerns, the staff's attitude was shockingly rude. Despite my explanation and experience with the brand, they refused to replace my order, offering only a refund and even suggesting I shouldn't return. This level of dismissiveness and poor customer service was unexpected, especially considering my positive experiences at other Tim Hortons locations in the past. Overall, this experience left me feeling incredibly dissatisfied.

The staff members are so rude and not respectful to everyone. I’ve faced that several times. They are not behaving appropriately with everyone. They are working slowly.

The new manager is so nice, always helping the staff and has always noticed if I’ve been waiting a while and asks what I’m waiting for. Never had an issue with my mobile orders

Literally have no clue why they’re at the college I could run the place better by myself. Make you double pay and sassy workers especially the manager
They changed the menu as the screen constantly switches and it's hard to navigate what items to order
No matter what time you go, you’ll most likely be waiting more than 20 mins no matter what you get. Constantly always makes you late for classes and always check your order before you go to far because things normally get forgotten. Also you might just get turned away if you ask for a breakfast item because they’re lazy and don’t want to cook eggs.
Noisy, yappy staff who its think playtime with no regard for customers
Bad under pressure missed 30 minutes of my class waiting for an order just to find out they stopped because they didn’t have wedges…best part is they told me nothing till I asked
