I’ve never reviewed a Tim Hortons but I had to for this one, the ice Capps were actually frozen and they did my order wonderfully here.

Tim Hortons is wonderful. I get their coffee once, twice and sometimes more times a day every day. It is my go to coffee spot for on the way to work, on the way home and every time i leave my house. I dont even want to think of how much money ive spent there. Their breakfast wraps, begal belts and apple fritters are also fantastic. Always fresh always Tim Hortons! ☕️👍

I’m not generally one to make a complaint. Food is always good, if you can actually get what you’re asking for. And The staff is great! However, every single time my husband or I go to this specific Tim Hortons, they are out of something I’m asking for. Especially baked goods. Just seems to be poor management unfortunately and just it gets a little frustrating when this one is a great location for us!

Worst customer service. I visited this location so many times in morning and in evening. In morning, they always rush in taking orders and say anything else anything else without listening and are always in hurry to pass the customer with focusing on customer satisfaction. They just focus on their timing. In evening, this tall girl is always rude and shows no respect. So frustrated with this service.

Go in 4 hours before closing and there is no baked goods at all
Came here on a Saturday afternoon and ordered two BELTS. All was good until suddenly it was mentioned that they only had one egg left. After asking how long it would take for another one to be made they responded with “oh our machine is already off.” I am not one to write reviews, however this is only one of countless mishaps at this location.
