I keep giving this place the benefit of doubt, but honestly I'm done. Workers don't listen, waiting while your the only one there, which comes down to poor service and they NEVER have anything in the counter. I'd rather drive to Ft Macleod Tim's than ever go here again.

They seem to be more concerned with how quickly they move people through the drive-thru than the quality of the food. I ordered an everything bagel, toasted, with extra cream cheese. The bagel wasn't toasted, and there was a huge blob of cream cheese in the center of the bagel. No attempt was made to actually spread the cream cheese. Boo! Boo Tim Hortons, boo!
Edit: fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, and I'm going to McDonalds from now on. Another untoasted bagel with a half ass attempt to spread the cream cheese.

I ordered quite a bit of food to go, and when I asked for a bag I was told they didn't have any despite there being some in my line of sight. I bought like 8 things, how is anyone meant to carry a larger order togo when everything is loose?

I am a big fan and customer of Tim Hortons, abd i am never disappointed with the food or services give by this restaurant. The staffs are easy to communicate with and the food is absolutely delicious. I have tried varieties from this restaurant ranging from the ice coffee to the sandwiches to the wraps and more and all i can day it they really do what they know how to do best.
