I now actively try to avoid this Tim Hortons out of all of them in Lethbridge. Every time I decide to give them another shot, it all goes wrong. From actively blaming me for having placed an order that their system that has not recognized my order but I still have the order confirmation, which I am letting them go through my app to see. As they still kept a negative tone and they were irritated with me, for something both out of our control, blaming me for the inconvenience, never even apologized for it, granted they didn’t have to, but would’ve been nice. Food burnt consistently. Drinks wrong consistently. From both of us missing the food hand off, so it drops on the ground, they never even offered a new one, not even when I am picking it off the ground… Service is always slow, especially in the drive through which seems to only let 1 car through at a time… I understand the food service industry can be stressful, but this is just too much. I sincerely would recommend going to the other Tim Hortons on the west side if you can. They seem to have a better handle on how to provide good service through the stressful environment.

I used to come here and the food was decent. I'm there right now, and ordered a sausage/bacon biscuit breakfast sandwich and the edges of the biscuit are as hard as a rock. The supervisor guy didn't want to do anything about it, after I suggested maybe doing a croissant version after he said the biscuits are all the same. He looked at me like I'm an imposition to his day. Doubt I will darken this doorstep again.
