I went there early today and had a terrible experience, the manager was extremely rude and refused to even let me get a word in when I would explain what was the issue with my order. When I went it I ordered a medium French vanilla with whip topping, and when I received it it had no whip topping and had coffee mixed in? When I asked for a new one, it looked like they didn’t even attempt to fix it. So I went back again and simply asked for a refund, and the manger refused. So I left all my items on the counter and left. I’m actually extremely upset with how I was treated and don’t understand how they couldn’t simply give me a refund, something they got wrong.
Put potato wedges instead of hash browns in breakfast wrap

They were very disorganized, and I was very disappointed to make it all the way back to my dorm to find they made my food wrong leaving out the LT in a literal bagel BELT I JUST GOT BE! for a bagel sandwich at that price I would expect they at least serve it with what comes on it! The younger lady at the till was awesome but obviously the kitchen staff seem to be lacking!

Ordered an ice coffee and a breakfast sandwich. It was not very busy. Waited for 17 min just for them to call me up and tell me they ran out of eggs, and ask if I would be okay with 2 sausage Pattie’s and no eggs. I said no. They check the back and say that they are completely out of eggs, so I would not even be able to wait until they cook more. I said okay, and asked if I could swap for something else on the menu. They said no, and suggested I get a refund instead. I got the refund, which took 3 different people to try to do, and finally the last staff member says “I don’t know how to work my new system, so I I have to refund you for the coffee as well as the sandwich.” I said that’s okay, and she refunded me. But then she asked if she could charge me for the coffee again too. At this point I didn’t even want the coffee if I didn’t have anything to eat with it, so I told her she can take my untouched coffee back too. She told me that is wasteful and to leave.
This whole ordeal took like 20 min. No one knows what they are doing, or how to work the system. Waste of time.

I was at this establishment for coffee with a friend. I rarely complain about things but today I was at a breaking point. After I ordered a young man asked for a glass of ice water and he was told it would cost him money and that it was not free. I’m so shocked to see that this is happening, especially in the heat of the day. He couldn’t pay so I intervened and asked them to give him a glass of water and I paid the 30 cents for it. I can’t believe this is right.
Does this happen at all your Tim’s. Shame on you.
He did come back in to ask to have his glass refilled with water and the manager looked over at me and said yes. Thank you for that.
Is this truly what happens at your establishment? I have been at Starbucks and they are always happy to give someone water when asked.
Thank you

They got good wraps ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
They put items on the menu then don’t sell them.
There’s a man (that I presume is the manager or supervisor since he’s always working) who appears nice enough while serving customers, but quite literally gaslit me about my allergies. He’s the one with glasses and a mask that he can’t even properly wear (at that point, just don’t wear it…). I had genuine questions related to my egg allergies (I can eat certain egg products but not others which means I am still cautious), but he was arrogant, unhelpful, and unbelievably rude. The food is always a hit or miss. I love habanero chicken wraps, but more often than not they are half-filled with the actual chicken and sauce. They’ve forgotten a part of my order. Around busy times like lunch, they run out of bagels and potato wedges, a time when you should be prepared for a rush. My friends have ordered on the app, but it takes just as long as waiting in line and ordering in-person. I still come here because there aren’t that many affordable food options on campus, but is it really that hard to do the bare minimum?
My great grandmother who is dead in the coffin moves faster than these people.
Staff are nice and work hard but they are out of 60% of the food all the time, so it impossible to count on them having anything other then coffee
