I order with university coupon card which offer 1 breakfast sandwich and 1 small coffee.
I want to order egg mc muffin. They said we are not serving this with coupon. I said OK give me just cheese mc muffin.
When I got my receipt it shows egg english muffin and small coffee. Like why are you punching that thing which you are not giving.
Despite that when I receive my order they said sorry we are out of muffin. So they gave me bread and cheese.
They do not give any option they just handout me without my will. If they don't have it let me know i will use it some other day.
If they told me before order. I will never waste my coupon over here. Instead use it in Urban market, atleast they tell what they have.

I asked for a bowl, my friend was even with me, but I was given a wrap, I can’t even dispute it cuz the kiosks don’t print receipts so I just gotta trust the person whos giving me food that I’m hallucinating

Ordered a large decaf and when they made it they topped it off with boiled water as there wasn’t enough decaf made. Not a fan of watery coffee. Other than that it’s a Tim Hortons.

New staff are diabolical. New trainee mistook my order on TWO, CONSECUTIVE, separate occasions and the staff guiding her did NOT handle it professionally and did not even apologize nor try to do something about the inconvenience. I had to pay extra for the WRONG FOOD THAT THE TRAINEE PUT IN THE MACHINE. I have never EVER felt so outraged with the trainer and the trainee because the two of them did not even bother to care. No decorum whatsoever. However, all the “older” aged staff are excellent, it’s just the younger ones that are mistreating me EVERY TIME I GO HERE and food takes SO long to wait for (approx. 20-30 minutes) that I end up being late even though my estimated wait was 15 minutes. When I’m treated like that by the employees, I feel disrespected when my needs at the restaurant aren’t made and it makes me feel like they see all customers on the same level as them just because we’re similar in age. WE ARE NOT. To be frank, I am an honest, patient, and respectful person and do not mean to sound entitled but with all respect, this restaurant is a boo .

New staff girl is so unkind. I am not willing to get a face or a bad mood from the new employee. I ordered online (boost) and the girl decided to make me wait 20 min after the 30 minutes of making my order ahead of time. If I order ahead off time is because I do not have time to wait. She did not give me the order I asked, she decided what to give me instead the one I ordered. PLEASE make better hiring processes.

I am beyond disappointed with the long term elderly lady and a new staff there. I ordered a simple black coffee, waited 10-12 minutes and nothing. They started wiping things down while I'm still standing there so I decided to prompt them if I can get my coffee, the newer girl stood there questioning me on when I ordered, how I paid and what my drink was when I said black coffee 2 times already. She looked at me like I was a lying thief and instead of serving me my coffee she turned around to the elderly lady and started speaking with her, she to looked at me like I was a lying thief. They ended up giving me coffee finally and I can promise that I will never go back there again. I understand mistakes happen but why in God's name would I lie about ordering a god dang black coffee. Their unprofessional attitude cost them another customer. I will be filing a complaint as well.

Restaurantji Recommends
Undergoing renovations. Probably will last into September /October 25. The franchise Reno’s are nice but loosing your quick coffee service sucks big time due to inconvenience at best. Disappointed at best. No food or service during refit. 👎🤔😡
Garbage service. Entitled staff that think they are better than their customers. Have to repeat myself 5 times to get my order through and it was still wrong. Almost all visible work areas looked grimy. Will never go to Singh Hortons again and I've been faithful to TIM HORTONS for over 2 decades. Disgusted and ashamed it's supposedly a 'Canadian company'.

Found bacon in my CLASSIC CHICKEN WRAP even though I ORDERED A CLASSIC CHICKEN WRAP which the guy taking my order MADE SURE I DIDNT WANT BACON!!!
