Stopped by Tim Hortons for a quick bite, but left disappointed after a sluggish drive-thru experience and a seriously subpar order of potato wedges. The wait was much longer than it should have been, and when I finally got my food, the wedges were over-fried to the point of being bitter and tough-definitely not the crispy, fluffy snack I was hoping for. The staff seemed rushed and barely acknowledged my order, which didn’t help the situation. For the price, I expected much better quality and service; overall, this visit fell flat and I wouldn’t recommend the wedges or the drive-thru based on this experience. ⭐️ (1 Star) – Poor experience; wouldn’t return

Please do a mandatory group training of how to make iced coffees. Every time I have gone here you guys have messed it up. It tastes like dirt. Horrifyingly bad

Stood in restaurant for over 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. Never took our order, all donuts were empty

They are prompt at the till and new renovation are nice...muffins are fresh, coffee is hot...but...keep getting asked if I want a hashbrown...really? Please stop!

I love the esthetic of this place, it feels makes me comfortable and happy, this is like no other tim Hortons I have seen. We come from red deer and this is the best tim Hortons we have seen.
me and my wife took a trip at tims for some drinks and donuts for our kids around 10pm. we understood that they might have no more donuts during that time. but the way the lady who took our order is just so rude that i can't help but give a bad review because of her. the way she talked to us is like she wants us to turn away. i really hope this would change in the future and train the staff being hospitable.
