I had a great experience at Tim Hortons. The drive-thru staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit pleasant from the start. The service was impressively fast, and my beverages were prepared and served very well. Everything was fresh and exactly how I ordered it. I really appreciate the efficiency and positive attitude of the team. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I always have a great experience at Tim Hortons - South Side. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the drive-thru service is consistently fast. My food is always well prepared, and the beverages are made just right. Definitely one of the better locations in town!

I am extremely disappointed with this Tim Hortons location. Almost every time I visit, my order is incomplete. If I ask for 5 items, I usually receive only 1 or 2. The only response I ever get from the employees is, “We don’t have it.” There is always something unavailable, and no effort is made to offer alternatives or solutions. It has become frustrating to the point where I feel like there is no reason to even look at the full menu because chances are high that most of it won’t be available.

This is not a one-time issue — it has happened repeatedly. A business should be prepared to serve the items it advertises, especially basic and popular products. Instead, customers are left disappointed again and again. The lack of proper stock and planning clearly shows poor management and organization.

Today was my last visit. I simply asked for a mix of lemonade and sparkling water, and they refused, saying they were not able to do that. It was a very simple and reasonable request, yet again I left disappointed. There was no explanation, no effort to accommodate, and no attempt to provide a better customer experience.

This location seriously needs better management, proper inventory control, and improved customer service training. Customers deserve better communication and basic availability of items. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back, and I cannot recommend this location to others.

Although this Tim Hortons is very busy they still manage to keep it clean, which is nice. Service is usually very fast and you get your beverage/food quickly as long as there is not a lot of people in the line up ahead of you. Brandon was very helpful. Thanks!

Not bad location. Issue is the bathroom. No controls for hot or cold, its a crap sensor which stops every other second, so water wont get cold, when you finally waste 5 minutes to get warm water, water doesnt run long enough TO STAY WARM. HARD TO DISINFECT GERMS WITH NO HOT WATER.

The Dyson hand dryer also had the same issues. Sensors, which arent cleaned or maintained, therefore behave like crap.

How am i to trust you guys properally sanitize your hands before preparing our food, when the items used for hygenic purposes dont work properally?

Not impressed. Every order i get is wrong. Nothing is ever toasted. No one can understand what im saying and I cant understand them either. They basically throw your drink you . Not welcoming or friendly .
