The service was extremely slow, even though the location wasn’t particularly busy. I ordered my food , and it was served lukewarm, which was really disappointing. When I asked the staff to remake it, they seemed uninterested and didn’t handle the situation well. The name of the manager was Oski and he didn't understood well and was arguing badly

Tim Hortons certainly not what it used to be years ago. It baffles me that people still go faithfully for shipped in donuts and coffee that tastes like burnt beans. Do Timmy's followers seriously not know what coffee is supposed to taste like, or fresh baked goods?
The only thing more embarrassing then the quality is the ignorance of their customers.
The store looks like every other Timmy's... Dated. There's really nothing to look at but a vast menu of mediocrity.
The service was quick but nothing stood out. More mediocrity. The staff was rushed, and while not rude they're not particularly friendly either, understandably they just want to pay their bills with a paycheck. I would be hard-pressed to be enthusiastic slinging mediocrity as well.
Mediocrity across the board, perfectly suited to most Lethbridgians. The same Lethbridge born and bred who spent $33 on six cookies or $26 on a desert waffle or think it's a hardship to drive from the south to the north. It's 10 minutes, you absurd pumpkin.
Anyways... Tim Hortons, mediocrity in a mediocre town.

We arrived here at 7:30 p.m. we got our order placed. They were short of donuts, especially the brand that we wanted to have. We got some other ones. They're good. And an old lady came in and she ordered something that came with a piece of bread. She ordered chili and they were going to charge her for the bread and an old man came in that says he all knows the owner and he wanted to go to the washroom but they've had a barricade since before we walked into the place because they say it's being cleaned yet nobody goes in or out of it and they blocked off the section that has seating for three or four people so that we couldn't sit there. We had to pull two tables together in the two people section and then a family came in later yet and it was the same thing. Yeah they had to pull tables together to be able to sit down and there was more than four of them.

The worst Customer Service they don’t listen to you’re order what you want and then blame me for asking something else’s if I wanted an egg and cheese I would of said egg and cheese, farmers egg and cheese still comes with a hash brown thank you very much and please do not raise your voice at me listen what your customers wants not what you want..
