It's roll up the rim season, there's 4 days left but they didn't order enough cups and now that they've run of of the large and XL sizes they refuse to give you a rim cup citing policy. What's the point of roll up the rim season if you spend money only to be refused the chance to play? Every Tim's should be buying more supplies, especially the ones they know will run out. I am highly disappointed more and more each time I go to Tim's, it just gets more greedy, corporate and less family cafe which is what Tim Horton envisioned. Do better Tim's, do better.

I reached out to our neighbourhood Tim Hortons to ask for donations to help make our teachers and school staff feel extra special this weekend. Supervisor Sukhpreet was so lovely and kind, and the Manager of Operations Sara was fast, helpful, and friendly and helped us pull off a great surprise on a very fast turn around.

My son and I arrived a few minutes before close and Christy welcome to us in without making it seem like an inconvenience that we were there. The bathrooms were closed but she opened them for my son to use which we were very grateful for and they were remarkably clean. She was unbelievably friendly and kind especially to my son who is quite shy and takes a long time to order by himself.
This was such a positive experience that we had a Tim Hortons that I felt it needed to write a review as I haven't had customer service this good at Tim Horton's in a long time.
