Would be a great tims if it wasnt for the homeless bums in mass that solicit you in the drive thru and parking lot what would make it even better is if there wasnt 3 people reaching thru the window to shove things into my hands before ive even paid..... tim hortons is on the last legs of there food quality and they jave no customer respect...

If I could give less than one star I would. Every time I go to this location and use cash to pay in the drive through the staff try to say good bye too me before giving me my change. Seems like it is intentional after it happened three days in a row.

This Tim was the worst thing I've ever experienced. Because they only know the phrase "See you at the window" and don't want to hear what customers are ordering, I prefer to walk in the store rather than drive through.

The staff behaviour is so bad me and my friends were in drive thru and we are ordering food and she is like ok go ahead to window she does this 2 times so I have to go to the window and ordered. Even after being rude they didn’t give me the whole food😂 2 things were missing and ya I also ordered hot chocolate which was disgusting. Just wanna say that if you can’t even give the full order what customers want then be kind with them. Worst experience in North Tim Hortons.

To be honest this is the best timmies i have ever been to .The staff is very friendly and always in cheerful mood.I always get my coffee from this location particularly because they always make it so good.Moreover, the restaurant dining area is very spacious .I would recommend you to visit this timmies and give it a try.

It’s hard to know what to order because they don’t have a real menu. It’s a digital menu. The food was really good, but I would’ve ordered something different. Had been able to see what was in it. I ordered breakfast burrito and there were things in it. I didn’t expect to have it still very good but the digital menus do not provide enough information, especially if somebody did have an allergy.

Every time I have gone to this Tim Hortons the employees have been disrespectful and rude. They have also failed to get my order right every single time, having to go back up multiple times and for them to seem annoyed I wanted the correct order I paid for. As well as my girlfriend was harassed in front of the till and they did absolutely nothing but stare at her. The worst Tim Hortons in Lethbridge I recommend anywhere else.

Worst tim hortons lethbridge hands down, rudest staff ever, had a coffee and bagel and went to sit down to drink and eat my bagel, i asked for extra toast with extra extra butter, got a phone phone call so it took me a extra 7 or 8 mins to eat my bagel, i notice that there was hardly any butter at all, i went to the counter to ask for more butter but instead of offering to fix it the staff member(lady) told me that it has been over 13 mins since I ordered it and started to have a fight with me about it, i told her that even if it was a hr and that order was made wrong she should fix it instead of fighting with a customer for .05 cents of butter which i would not have mind paying, in the end it took the owner of the place to fix it. I believe the problem with tims now a days is they don't care anymore who they give franchises too, they don't stick to the service or care that they used too and that these staff members think it's OK to to fight with customers cause they either are family members or friends of the family or paid there way to be there. Don't go to this tims and FYI this was not the first time I had problems at this location , yes I know why do I keep coming back ahhhh just thunk that they will learn after all the feed back ... but I guess not and this will be my last time going here

Poor service at the 13 st north location. Had to lookover the order and was overcharged again fir the second time by 5 plus dollars. Please watch the prices.. when we added told the gal and she was arguing with us about but we had to show her on paper...I am tired of getting poor service and overcharged not going back ti Tim ever again

This is the worst tim Hortons in town from my experience, and i actively avoid it if I can. I usually go to a different one, even if it's out of my way. There seems to be only one really good employee here. I feel bad for her having to put up with the mediocrity of the other employees there. It's gotten to the point where the people addressing you in the drive through when taking your order are in such a rush even if there is no other vehicals present in the drive through line where they can't even say "welcome to tim Hortons, how can I help you" with patience. They blurt it out so fast it's like hiwlcomtimhowcnhelu. Seriously, you know it's going to be botched after that. I ordered a breakfast wrap and it was almost as if they had it pre made already and it was cold because by the time I pulled ahead and got to the window which was literally 5 seconds after I had ordered and immediately once I reached the window they were already trying to shove everything in my face and I had 2 employees hanging out the same window at the same time trying to hand me order. I ordered a blueberry muffin a few times, and once in a while, the blueberry muffins tasted off like it had sat in a bucket full of cleaner. it was very offputting. They don't wrap their wraps very well and put all of the dressing at one end of the wrap and also you have to make a point of asking for napkins every time cause they don't give you napkins for the messy food they give you. The wraps are so inconsistent and I find that they either are cold and hashbrowns are too crunchy, or just have no distribution of sauce where you eat the whole wrap and all the sauce is in the last bite or you take your first bite and it just explodes all over the place. It's either under grilled or over grilled. Seriously, just take your time, get it right, and if you wouldn't eat it yourself, then don't serve it to a customer. Iced caps already half melted, not stirred with proper proportions, and the maple bacon croissant had all this weird cold maple jelly in it. I find myself tossing my food half the time I order from this location cause it's just so repulsive and no care put into it. I can't stress it enough, if you don't have the patience, time or effort to complete an order satisfactorily then just say it's not available and I can save my time and money and everyone will be happy.

I don't go to Timmy's often,but when I do I want what I ordered.My extra large double double was so sweet a hummingbird would have said no.Im going to taste my coffee before I leave...or go to MacDonalds.
