This location never has what you ask for. We can go to other locations and get what we ask for which is a sa dwich made into a wrap they can conveniently tell us that they don't make them at that location. Very poor service.

Been going every night for coffees and or teas Usually after 1 am. We always have great service and my kids (pups) always get treats. Can’t say how pleasant of drive thru experience I have each and every night! Raphi and C.J enjoy the timbits! Thank you so much for always making our trip great! I have to shout out Brittany who works the early morning shift at this location, she is a rockstar and a great example of what customer service should be. This location has some hiccups here and there but overall the staff are exceptionally friendly and very hard working, and Brittany is awesome!

I ordered a wrap, specified that I didn’t want the potato/hashbrown, confirmed that with the staff. When I arrived at my destination, the order contained the potato/hashbrown. This is not the first time!

The cashier/front sales representative was not accommodating. We were not asked if we’re ready to order although we are already in-front of the cashier/counter, so after few seconds of awkward silence, we initiated to ask the cashier if are we good to order. The he replied “i am just waiting for you”. We were appalled with his condescending tone. After which, when we’re trying to order the iced caramel toffee, he was rude on clarifying about which kind of caramel toffee are we ordering, since it’s our first time ordering that kind of drink, we didnt know that it can be on iced coffee or iced latte which he didnt explain while we’re struggling about that. He didnt even called our orders when it was made finished/already. No name tag as well. I politely asked his name but he refused and he stated that it’s not necessary. No receipt was issued as well.Time stamp: 5:52pm Friday-September 26, 2025. Location: 442 Scenic Drive S. The food attendant needs to be re-oriented about proper customer service relations.
