Terrible service the last little while, don't know what flavor ice caps they have, can't get the breakfast sandwiches right, takes forever to ring up the simplest order. Just really doesn't know how to use the till.

It's ok.
The app did not reflect their offerings, but they substituted them. The bailey's flavored hot chocolate I received caused me to vomit. Wasn't a good time.

Great staff, super friendly great owners. The interaction everyday between the staff and customers is like a family vibe. This is my daily stop.

I come here all the time get roughly the same thing except for when winter comes around and they have the different options of pastries and donuts. I tried to make my order with adding a Bailey's donut to it which I had to repeat a couple times which is fine I know the headsets aren't the best. I get to the window I pay and check and ts bot what I ordered I let then know Luke hey this is a boston cream I ordered the bailey's and they took it from me looked at me with a disgusted look and just starred at the screen for a minute then opened up and asked if they can charge me for 2 timbits since their manager is in a meeting which I said was fine I know there is a price difference and paid that. When handing me my donut I originally ordered here and started arguing me and blaming me saying if I wanted the bailey's I should order it then notchange it at the window and then said we have headsets you did not say bailey's. Now when I corrected them said you are right I did not say Bailey once I said it twice and then started getting louder at me I thought after I paid the extra was nice and didn't complain they would just give me the donut I ordered with an oops for the day it's fine people make mistakes but don't fight with the customer because you can't admit your fault in something it's unprofessional and makes people not want to come back also had my spouse on the car phone he heard me repeat myself and told the guy to chill out. Horrible service that old man needs to be spoken to about etiquette clearly everytime I go there he is horribly rude and it's not okay. Also ordered my wrap with no tomatoe which it also said on the screen when I was pulling away and says on my receipt yet there is tomatoe again mess ups happen fix it move on like own up to it

Very disappointed. I go into Tim Hortons, Canada’s coffee shop, to get a carafe filled with simple coffee and they can’t do it.
They used to ring in a “Big Tim Refill” for YEARS. I bring in my own stainless steel carafe because it keeps the coffee warm for hours at work AND it’s better for the environment using a refillable container.
The SUPERVISOR says the BIG TIM Refill isn’t an available ski so instead he wants to charge me $19.99 for the 12 person coffee PACKAGE even though I don’t need 12 cups, 12 lids or ANY stir sticks, sugar, creamer OR the insulated coffee container!! Umm, no way. What a rip off for a carafe that holds maybe 2.5 extra larger and all I want is black coffee.
Seriously Tim Hortons. Seriously!?!
So instead I order two XL coffees and pour them into my carafe and simply toss the coffee containers, lids and cardboard cozies.
Is a charge sku for a carafe of simple coffee too technical and forward thinking for you. I get less hassle at Starbucks and a better price than $20.
SO disappointing. It’s not rocket science or brain surgery.

Tim Hortons is my go to everyday for a double double or an iced coffee. This location was temporary under construction and was a bit difficult to order drive thru.
They did their best to make it convenient and easy to still access the drive thru. That's why I give 4 stars for " atmosphere"
I would give extra stars for the service at my recent visit. It was Thanksgiving and the lady was super respectful, polite, and it was the first and only time I've ever been offered a straw with my iced coffee.
This location is back to regular and it's definitely still going to be a daily stop for me.

Excellent service. Made my kids pizzas even though it was 9am & probably a hassle. 😊 team was efficient, order was correct & food delicious. We really appreciated the good service.

Can you maybe not put the doughnuts icing-side down in the paper bag? Maybe leave the wax paper you used to pick them up in there, like you used to?

Ordered 2 farmers wraps, first one was all mangled looking, barely wrapped into a wrap with it almost like a rectangle, and neither wrap had the neat cut up. Just the full egg and sausage patties.
