This is the first time I’m writing a review for Tim Hortons. I just want to thank the guys at the drive-thru — Machakil and Latif. They are very good guys who work hard and really try to make customers happy. Because of their great service, I now always get my cappuccino from this location thank you guys

The cookie was extremely extremely greasy the bags on the outside have grease everywhere I've had to wipe them off, the cookie is extremely sweet with no chocolate chips just candy and as you can see the icing has come off of my cookie and I literally just got it through the drive-thru. Maybe do a bit better Tim Hortons, this is a terrible cookie it's very expensive. I was trying to help out and that was not worth it do not recommend this cookie it is disgusting. 0/10 stars. I only purchased to help out the great cause other than that they are definitely not worth anything.

Ordered a bagel belt. Rotten tasting tomatoes, wilted lettuce, hash brown was completely soaked in grease. Tim Hortons has gone so far down hill with their quality. What passes in a third world country should never be okay here and shame on Tim’s for not enforcing stricter quality control.
Every single time I order here they always make the order wrong and when it was brought up staff got mad because they ha to remake the order.
