I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at the drive-through at 1:00 AM. The employee(osama) did not respond to my order, which I found quite rude and unprofessional. Furthermore, my coffee was not freshly brewed, which is unacceptable. This lack of basic etiquette and attention to quality is concerning. I hope management addresses this issue promptly.

I came around 8:30am and I ordered white hot chocolate but the employee I think her name is Yashviee suggested me to try the Baileys white hot chocolate which I ordered and it turned out to be amazing also she suggested me to try the holiday smile cookies which was so tasty. Overall my experience was great because of good customer service

I visited Tim hortons tonight at 8pm. I am amazed by the service of jashanpreet kaur, she was absolutely amazing at her job. She gave me very good suggestion about trying bailey’s coffee and i really enjoyed that. Hope to see you soon Jashan, Best natured employee i have ever seen.

Garbages overflowing. Haven't been to Tim's in a while, won't go back if I have ANY other choice. Coffee tasted like slightly flavoured water. Not like it used to be.
