I always have a great experience at the drive-through thanks to Mike. He is always friendly, patient, and genuinely welcoming, which makes my morning start on a positive note. My order is always taken accurately and quick whenever served by him and His customer service really stands out. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and great attitude—thank you for the excellent service Mike!
This is the first time I’m writing a review for Tim Hortons. I just want to thank the guys at the drive-thru — Machakil and Latif. They are very good guys who work hard and really try to make customers happy. Because of their great service, I now always get my cappuccino from this location thank you guys
