This is by far the worst Tim Hortons in the city. Constant mistakes with orders, terrible customer service, and staff who look like they hate being there. The attitude is awful, the service is slow, and the food quality is noticeably worse than at other Tim Hortons locations. Even the presentation is bad.
It’s honestly embarrassing for the brand. The only disappointing part is that this is the closest one to my workplace, but every visit feels like a headache. Management seriously needs to step in and fix this place because it’s nowhere near acceptable.

The cashier really looked like she didn't want to be there or serve me. Ordered a medium brown sugar latte with oat milk. I know the default is iced so I specified hot. I was given an iced latte. When I mentioned the mistake, she decided to go take another order before fixing it. When she gave me the hot one it was made with regular milk and not oat milk. Will not be returning to this location.
